My first service experience with Winn couldn't have been easier and was totally hassle free. Brought my 2015 Jetta in for 180,000 mile service. Service Advisor Jade Singhakul, as always, handled the check-in process professionally and explained everything I needed to know. Later in the day, he called me to tell me I needed a new brake caliper but that he would need to order the item. No problem, since I want only authentic VW parts. I used their free shuttle service to drop me off at my workplace in the morning. That's great. However, they no longer offer a pickup service. Oh, well, someone from work can take me back to get the car. I like that they always email me a video showing their inspection of the vehicle. This time, however, I was surprised that they did not show the underneath of the vehicle, so I don't know if they checked for leaky shocks or any other issues under the vehicle. Finally, I like that they wash the car before returning it to me. More
