Windy Chevrolet - Service Center

Made appointment for 8 AM for oil change on 2023 3500HD. Told service department that I would be waiting. Walked to another appointment. Got back to dealership at 9:45, truck had not moved from where I l Told service department that I would be waiting. Walked to another appointment. Got back to dealership at 9:45, truck had not moved from where I left it. Went to waiting room and almost 45 minutes later truck was finally moved in to service bay. Finally cashed out at noon. 4 hours for an oil change and tire rotation with an appointment. Will not be using Windy for our two chevys in the future. I would save time driving to Wenatchee to Cascade to have service do e at a much more professional and well run service center. More
