Misleading, confusing, pushy I have attempted to give windy Chevrolet my business multiple times and each time has lead me elsewhere due to their poor practices of giving misleadi I have attempted to give windy Chevrolet my business multiple times and each time has lead me elsewhere due to their poor practices of giving misleading information and not following through with what they said. Recently they recommended new plugs and wires and wanted to charge over $750. When I referenced it with another Chevy shop, they said that was outrageous and should only be around $400. Probably will only use for oil changes moving forward. More

Oil spots on my garage floor after service Had oil change on 2011 Traverse and a couple of days later found two large oil spots on our garage floor. Had to take it back in to find the problem. Had oil change on 2011 Traverse and a couple of days later found two large oil spots on our garage floor. Had to take it back in to find the problem. They said there were no leaks. Cause was in changing the filter the oil had run across a metal plate and caused it to remain there and drip for several days. The technician told me they need to be more careful in cleaning up the drainage. This is the second time I have a similar problem with that shop. That other problem was about 10 years ago with another vehicle. More

I was promised free oil changes When I bought my car and was told I would receive free oil changes I was skeptic but I called set an appointment and was given the next available app When I bought my car and was told I would receive free oil changes I was skeptic but I called set an appointment and was given the next available appointment at my convenience. I took my car in and less then an hour later I was given a call that it was ready. When I arrived to pick up my car I was handed my keys and a check list of everything they had checked besides just changing my oil and no charge like they had said.
