Sent me out the door with an estimate that did not list a price for the simple repair that was needed, which under State law requires that they not charge more than $100. This is for a simple software change that must have taken them about 5 minutes to perform. They have refused to work with me on this. They are part of a large conglomerate of dealers in this area, all of whom seem rather sketchy. More
I came in to this place asking for a spare key and a key fob that would communicate with my vehicle. (My vehicle had come with a key fob but it wouldn't communicate with it.)
