It took OVER an hour for an oil change AND it was almost $100!!! I almost threw my back out when I got in my truck, when I FINALLY got to leave, because they moved my seat all the way to the floor & it was $100!!! WHY are they moving my seat, did they take it for a joy ride?!? That would at least explain why it took so long. It was NOT a pleasant experience, I won’t be going back. More

Made an appointment. But they never followed with phone call on results. Guy we worked with left early. After 5* hours unable to diagnose. Went to Yakima 2 days later But they never followed with phone call on results. Guy we worked with left early. After 5* hours unable to diagnose. Went to Yakima 2 days later ABS system completely went out. Harvest Chevy able diagnosed in one hour. Totally unsafe to drive. Ended up buying a new car from Harvest. You lost a service customer as well as a new purchase More

Mario was a 5 star service person. As for the parts department who mis ordered my parts and didn’t check them in correctly twiceand turned a couple day job into 3 weeks I give a 0.
