I have purchased my last 3 vehicles from this dealer because the sales staff has always been very professional without being demanding. Two of the vehicles were used and one was new. 2010 Malibu which sticker window said average 33 mpg and we have had car since June 201o and have not averaged more that 27mpg. I owned a 2004 malibu with a 6 cylinder 3 speed automatic and we avereaged the same amount of mpg..the 2010 has a 4 cylinder 6 speed automatic. Took car in for service and supposedly did diagnostic but did not inform us of results. Took care for recall and oil change. More
We have experienced great service since we walked into the dealership in October, 2009 starting with our sales person, Eric. He has kept up his communication with us. Only on one occasion my tire pressure was not checked and corrected when I asked the service to do so but that is the only thing negative and other then that our experience has been great. More
