Service is good there. Always waiting a long time though. Never had a problem till this last visit. When scheduled appt for rear brakes I said 1:00pm fine as long as I’m out to pick my kid up from school at 3:30. Gentleman at service desk said not a problem, only take an hour. That day, 2 hours after arrival for appt and still waiting, I approached the gentleman at service desk to let him know I had to leave to pick up my kid at school. He was nice and understood my situation. They got car to me about 10 minutes later. However, the cashier, Karen, made a comment about “rushing” her. I’m sorry but I would have never scheduled appt at that time if I knew it would take longer than I was told. I couldn’t help but laugh on my way out the door bc if anyone should have felt rushed that day… it was me! More

Great Service and sales with no pressure! Steve is wonderful at what he does and knew exactly what we needed when we needed it even before we did . Had normal service done on my truck on Friday. Noticed an issue with the truck the following day. I called first expecting to have to make an appointment days out to have the issue looked at. The servic an issue with the truck the following day. I called first expecting to have to make an appointment days out to have the issue looked at. The service tech advised me to get the truck to them that day if possible. I took my truck into the shop shorty after speaking with them and the tech came out to meet me. After he observed the issue, he had the mechanic come out personally to look at it. The mechanic knew right away what the issue was and took the truck back, even tho their schedule was booked. He diagnosed, repaired, and came out himself to tell me what the status was with the truck. I've never had a mechanic come and speak to me about work that was done on my vehicles. This was a first, and greatly appreciated instead of back and forth with a tech and mechanic. It was all first hand and he spent time with us answering questions. By far the best dealer I've ever dealt with. Normally all the complaints come from the service side of dealerships. I've had my truck in a few times for small things, but each time has been pleasant and straight forward. Thank you Wind Gap. More
