I came in today for my 20k service. I had a prepaid service plan that covered 25k miles / 2 years, though I hadn't remembered the latter part of that plan. It's been about 2 1/2 years, so I didn't realize that my plan had expired. I went ahead with the service anyway despite the fact that I now knew I was going to have to pay. Jordon let me know my car was ready and explained to me that even though my plan had expired, he said they'd cover the cost of it. I hadn't expected or asked for that, so I thought it was a pretty cool thing of him to do. Every experience I've had at this dealership has been great. There's obviously a reason they have the reputation that they do. They know how to treat their customers right. More
We as consumers tend to focus so much on the negative and rarely focus on the positive, and working in the customer service field majority of my life it's definitely nice to hear when you do good. I personally am guilty of rarely ever giving credit when credit is due but this time around I had to go out of my way to thank ALI for going above and beyond our expectations. I know I'm late but this review is in regards to our 1st time (definitely NOT the last) getting our Highlander serviced at Wilsonville Toyota. Anyhow, we got our car serviced on 12/2012 and to make a very long story short Beaverton toyota made not only 1 but more than several mistakes resulting in us being S.O.L with our last service maintenance package coupon. During our service appointment I was being transferred to person after person @ Beaverton Toyota I finally spoke to someone who told me that there is nothing they can do knowing it's their fault! Immediately ALI told me to hang up and told us that she would take good care of us. " taking good care of us" is an understatement because not only did she get our car serviced but did more than what the regular service maintenance package offered!!! Ali totally made us feel like valued customers who were her first priority. She took initiative & ownership of the issue at hand and made things happen for us reassured us that everything will be taken care of. Ali's service that day really made me realize what crappy service we got @ Beaverton toyota. I'm really disappointed and regret ever giving Beaverton Toyota our business. I really want to thank Wilsonville Toyota because from the time we got there until the time we left, everyone we came across greeted us with a smile and made sure we were taken care of. To Ali, Thank you so much for your great customer service and professionalism and for making us feel so important I am grateful for you! More
I just would like to say how great Wilsonville Toyota is. I have had problems with most other dealerships I have went to but came into Wilsonville Toyota to have some service done and Jeremy treated me great I have had problems with most other dealerships I have went to but came into Wilsonville Toyota to have some service done and Jeremy treated me great. He was prompt in welcoming me to the dealer and had my car in and out with a wash in less than an hour. Amazing service!!!! I would recommend Wilsonville Toyota to everyone. More
Had my Toyota Care 10,000 mile service done here. Staff were very friendly. I had an appointment and they were on time and got me out the door within an hour with a car wash. I thought I would try Wilsonville Toyota for service as it is much more convenient for me even though I have a Lexus. I am so glad I did. When I arrived Ali Liebl made me feel like I have been a customer for years. She took the time to really make me feel welcome and was very sweet. When we were finishing up the 'small talk' Ali had with me just made the whole thing very pleasant and then she walked me to my car. That's never happened before. I am so glad to have found a new home for servicing my car. Thanks Ali! More
