The Wilsonville Toyota dealership has the WORST customer service I have ever experienced!!!! While away on business my wife took our car in for a simple recall repair, while on her way to the dealership the service I have ever experienced!!!! While away on business my wife took our car in for a simple recall repair, while on her way to the dealership the tire went flat. After arriving at the dealership it was clear the tire would need to be replaced. Fine and understandable. After receiving the call stating the tire would need to be replaced she asked if she could put her full size spare on. The tech told her that she could not do that?? The headlight also needed to be fixed with a simple wiring harness and the AC relay needed to be replaced. When she arrived at the dealership the bill was shocking! An AC relay can be bought anywhere for less than $10.00, Wilsonville Toyota charged us 74.30!!! Regarding the tire, we had a full size spare that matched. They charged us $125.00 for the tire, didn't call with any options for a less expensive tire and $42.00 dollars to install it! There is no tire shop in the country that charges labor to install a tire! To add on to the madness they installed a new headlight lamp without asking if they should, the bulb was less then two weeks old, I installed it myself. $18.00. But the icing on the cake was being charged $126.00 for a diagnostic to find a bad relay, ridiculous. And finally being charged over two and a half hours labor at $105.00 an hour when the work began at 3:30 and we picked the car up an hour later! I called the service manager twice and this little puke didn't even have the common courtesy to call me back and explain his bill. DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE! THEY WILL SCREW YOU AND NOT EVEN HAVE THE RESPECT TO CALL YOU BACK TO EXPLAIN THEIR CHARGES. I run a fleet of vehicles that are in need of constant repair. This is by far the absolute work experience that I've ever had with a mechanic. Don't waste your time or money. More
My 2009 Sienna was overdue for it's 30K mile service. I happened to be in the Wilsonville area last week and stopped by the dealership. When pulling into one of the service bays I was immediately greeted I happened to be in the Wilsonville area last week and stopped by the dealership. When pulling into one of the service bays I was immediately greeted by one fellow and subsequently scheduled a service appointment with Jessica Johnston. This past Monday I returned for the service work. I was again greeted by Jessica and later shuttled by Crystal to Biscuits for breakfast while my car was worked on. The work was completed in the estimated time frame and at the estimated cost. My car was washed and vacuumed. I was very impressed with the layout and cleanliness of the entire facility and most pleased by the extremely friendly staff. All of my previous experiences at this dealership have been so-so with regards to service. They tend to be a little on the slow side. I expected nothing less when I dropped my car off for it's 100k service today. I was pleasantly surprised by Ronnie Patterson. Firstly, he came in on his day off to make sure the service got completed as needed. He also met me at the door, got a shuttle to take me home and pick me up, and completed the service in record time. I had my car back by noon! I will always ask for Ronnie in my future dealings with Wilsonville Toyota, as he was exceptional in making sure that I was happy with my service, and they came in under the estimate on price! More

I appreciate the fact that Ronnie listened to my diagnosis of my car without seeming irritated about my descri friendly and prompt service employees! The waiting room was very comfortable and made the usual issue of keeping the kids (and myself) entertained a non issue. Ronnie kept me posted throughout the process, and when it was time to pick up my car had it pulled up and ready to go for me. Thank you Ronnie and Wilsonville Toyota for making my visit so enjoyable!!! More

I have used Wilsonville Toyota many times both to by my car and have it serviced and always get exceptional service and today was Wilsonville Toyota. From the time I pulled Ronnie was right there and very attentive to help me get checked in right away. He was very efficient and timely when getting me checked in. He was also able to answer all of my questions and work with my tight schedule. When my car was finished he called me to inform me that it was there ready for me when I was able to pick it up. Once I arrive to pick up my car Ronnie ushered me right it and got me checked out promptly. Ronnie always goes above and beyond to insure world class customer service!! More

We moved to Washougal, WA, 38 miles north of Wilsonville, but I wanted to bring my Prius (2012) to the Wilsonville dealership because of my positive experiences there since we bought the car a year ago in Ma but I wanted to bring my Prius (2012) to the Wilsonville dealership because of my positive experiences there since we bought the car a year ago in March. I love the friendly, great service I get. This time folks went the "extra mile" for me. Unbeknownst to me, my wallet must have fallen out of my purse (it was really full this week) while I was waiting on my 10,000 mile oil change. I didn't even know it was missing when I received a call from Wilsonville Toyota employee Tony to say he found my wallet! He found it in his desk, so another employee was involved, too, though whom that might be remains a mystery. Tony told me he would take my wallet up to the receptionist's desk and that she would lock it up until I could get there. I broke down in my Prius 3 in Portland. I was alone and 3 hours away from home. I called the closest Toyota Dealership to my location. The service rep was not helpful and adamantly stated they closed at 3 hours away from home. I called the closest Toyota Dealership to my location. The service rep was not helpful and adamantly stated they closed at 5 p.m. Next, I called Wilsonville and spoke with Tony. He took down my info and waited for my car to be towed to their store. Once I got there, Dan and Brandon were extremely helpful. The service tech diagnosed the problem with my car within 20 minutes. Dan told me the repair would take a couple of hours but they finished in 1.5 hours. I was on my way to Eugene to run the half marathon by 6:45 p.m. I want to thank that whole team for helping me get to my race. It was a wonderful experience. I took them Voodoo Donuts on my way home on Monday! Thanks guys! More
Experience overall was good. I don't understand why the mats are not removed when the car is vacuumed. It is not difficult to do. I will do a thorough job tomorrow which I shouldn't have to do.
