Wilsonville Toyota - Service Center

Service at Wilsonville Toyota I have a 2015 HL XLE that began to leak oil and needed to take it in for service. Luckily they had the gasket in stock and it was an easy fix (at lea I have a 2015 HL XLE that began to leak oil and needed to take it in for service. Luckily they had the gasket in stock and it was an easy fix (at least I hope it was the cause because I still see a little oil again, but I'm hoping it was just leftover oil residue that should have been cleaned up on the engine). When I got my vehicle back from the car wash, I was excited that all was done and I was ready to roll. Unfortunately when I got back home, I noticed that one of my custom wheels (brand new - about 1 week old) now had curb rash, a broken insert, and two other inserts with curb rash as well (just custom painted a few days before). I spoke with the Service manager - Mark - and he was able to handle the situation perfectly. I met with him, he did his inspection, and was able to order a new wheel at Discount Tire the same day! He also covered the cost of the custom paint for the damaged inserts. A+ for Mark on how he handled the situation. A note for future customers of Wilsonville Toyota that need service: No need to worry, you should be in good hands. The suspect employee that caused the wheel damage is not longer with the company. NOT because he was fired for this situation (at least that I know of), but apparently he was already on his way out anyhow. For me, getting a confession from him was unlikely and a moot point. Apparently this individual lacked honesty & work ethic. More

I needed shuttle service on that particular day and it was handled as quickly and smoothly as one could hope, with clear communication about times of pick up. I was also well informed about estimates for the time of the job, and contacted quickly when it was ready. This has been my experience in the past with Wilsonville Toyota service as well. Shout out to Glesty Waters, who did a great job (as usual). More

Needed Jump Start on Camry Hybrid 12 volt battery Went to Wilsonville Post Office and when I came out the battery which had been sitting for two months didn't have enough charge to restart. I called Wilsonville Toyota, a mile and a half away, and they responded immediately. Ricardo was the dealer representative. He was polite, knowledgeable, efficient, and had me going in less than a minute. He first asked the circumstances to find out why my battery might be down. He also suggested that we come by the dealership to have the battery system checked. We did that and found the battery to be ok, just run down from lack of use over a ouple months. It was all very easy! They are a great group of helpful people! More

I'm so glad I did because they're friendly, helpful and take really good care of my car. I have had two maintainences done on my car and some scratches buffed out. The person who buffed out the scratches even buffed out some that I didn't know about. Plus, they vacuumed the car and washed it. Wilsonville Toyota go above and beyond the expectations to satisfy their customers. Great job! I'm very satisfied! More

I have had nothing but top notch service writers every time I have been there. My last experience was for a brake service and even though I was driving a Honda in there they made sure I got the sales price on the service (they even put Honda brake pads on). Not only was Gletsy great and kept me informed of the progress but he even found a few other places for me to save some money. Additionally, the Service Director came out to great me and make sure I had a top quality service experience. I highly recommend Wilsonville Toyota for vehicle service needs. More
