I am very disappointed I went in to get seviced was told I had to pay for it when I was told over phone it was no charge. They took care of that. Than they told me I need new front tires, I said my truck is a 2013 with 17790 miles on it how could that happen. They said not sure. They told me the alignment was good and I told them I'm not buying any new tires for a 17790 mile truck. Than I went to the manager and asked to see what he could do he said they could do nothing for the tires. But they could buy back the truck. I said I'll have to see. Than I came back and said let's make a deal. I said my wife has a car we bought from u and I'll give back my truck you pay off the car (3200) that's what we owed left and I'll get another truck but they said will roll that into your next truck like it's paid off. I said no and walked out. More

Prius Service I was disappointed with my service yesterday August 13. I dropped by car off at about 7:30 AM for a routine 5000 mile service. I asked if the car co I was disappointed with my service yesterday August 13. I dropped by car off at about 7:30 AM for a routine 5000 mile service. I asked if the car could be complete by 11:00 am that day. I was told no problem, and that I would be called when the car was finished. At about 11:15 I had still not heard from anyone, so I went to the service center and asked if it was complete, I was told yes, and I got a robotic like apology for not being called. To make matter worse, when I went to pick up the car, I was told that it was not covered under Toyota Care as I had 27K miles on my car. Therefore I got a bill that I was not expecting or warned about at the call I should have received. For whatever it is worth I was working with someone in the yellow area. More
