I purchased a brand new Tacoma from Wilsonville Toyota last Thursday. The entire process was great. Everyone was nice and the customer service was great. It was a pleasure dealing with Nick. Wilsonville Toyota's "No Bull" policies were a big plus for us. We knew up front, before we purchased our van, how much it would cost, and how much we'd get for our trade. My new profession involved a long commute, and after driving it for a few months it was obvious to me that I was going to have to downgrade to a fuel efficient vehicle. So I went to Wilsonville Toyota on a sunny Saturday morning and began the BEST car buying experience a family man could ever ask for. First of all Wilsonville Toyota was straight forward with me and I greatly appreciated that because I was scared of the situation I was in with my Tundra and the commute. I was very comfortable with the dealership and the sales person because they spent the time with me asking me questions about my current situation and then took the time to explain their process and why they are different then any other dealership. Wilsonville Toyota One Person, One Price, is the most fair and consistent way to buy a vehicle. For my Tundra, they simply gave me way too much money on trade. I almost felt that I was the one getting over on the dealership. I purchased a 2010 Toyota Camry and I am very happy with my new wheels at a smoken 32 miles per gallon on the freeway. I can now afford to live and support my family. Wilsonville Toyota has earned my business for a lifetime and all of my family and friends will shop at this dealership as well. Thank You. More
I recently had my first child about 3 months ago and have been thinking about getting a vehicle that is more kid friendly and also easier for my clients to get in and out of on a daily basis...so as I brough been thinking about getting a vehicle that is more kid friendly and also easier for my clients to get in and out of on a daily basis...so as I brought my 2008 FJ Cruiser(3rd car purchased from Wilsonville Toyota) in for a 15k service I decided to look at some options with Kevin. I found myself drawn to an Infiniti G35S and was able to get a trade-in price that was to good to pass up on for my FJ...so I went ahead and moved quickly on the deal and found myself in my new more kid friendly/client friendly ride....the weekend passed and I began to question my purchase and wonder if I had made the right decision for myself and for my family. I went back to the dealership this morning and let John Osborne know that I thought I made a mistake and needed to switch back into my FJ...this was when it showed how much this organization truly cares about it's clients. John assured me that it was no problem and that if the Infiniti wasn't right he'd switch me back into my FJ Cruiser right away...that's exactly what happened, no questions, no hassling me to keep the car, "no bull". Funny thing after switching back into my FJ for the rest of my work day I went back and got the Infiniti again...I just needed to be away from it for the day to realize how perfect it truly was for me and once again John helped me out and made me feel okay about my flip flop. This is a breath of fresh air compared to most sales reps at other dealers that try to direct the conversation and try to steer customers to what they are pushing. We came back to the dealer a few days later and although Sean was not available, we were directed to Scott McKowen who was also helpful, patient and knowledgeable. After doing our research, we could tell that the Wilsonville Toyota price was a fair one. It is nice to not have to haggle with the dealer. We had a trade-in that Edmunds and Blue Book said was worth about $7700. We were relieved to learn that Wilsonville Toyota would give us $7725 for it. We expected the dealer to come in at $5k and make us sweat it out. Scott processed the trade in, our new financing, and sent us driving away in a Certified used car in less than two hours. On the advise of a friend we decided to make a trip to Wilsonville Toyota. Dave and Scott know what customer service really means and they walk it out! Before we even got in the car to test drive, Scott spent about 20 minutes just going over the outside features of the Camry. He answered all of our questions, and when we needed the answers repeated, he was gracious about telling us again. I felt like the sale wasn't as important to him as Steve and I walking away with all the information we needed to make an educated decision. Huge for us! We did buy a 2010 Camry from Wilsonville Toyota and are very happy with our purchase. Scott was conscious of the fact that we were on a time line and he kept all the paperwork moving without sacrificing the information, numbers and options being shared. Dave and Scott both thanked us for purchasing a car from them. Customer Service will keep us coming back and telling everyone we know about Wilsonville Toyota! More
