Rose called us when the work was done to let us know she recommended we see the vehicle again before finalizing the sale. We did so, and we ultimately determined that we no longer wanted to purchase it. If she had not given us the heads up, we would have had it delivered, and we would have been stuck with a car with which we were not totally satisfied. Instead, we ended up buying a different, newer car, which Rose helped us with as well. We loved the fact that we got to work with her from start to finish. We would definitely buy there again. More

Our experience with Wilsonville Toyota was very disappointing! We attempted to buy a 2024 RAV 4 Hybrid that was in transit, expected within a week. A deposit of $1000 was required. They refused t disappointing! We attempted to buy a 2024 RAV 4 Hybrid that was in transit, expected within a week. A deposit of $1000 was required. They refused to accept the deposit over phone, online, etc. even though we are 4 hours away, over the Cascades. They required two in-person trips, one for the deposit, one to pick it up. I decided to make the trip immediately and asked if they could hold it for 4 hours until I could get there. The answer was NO. It is obvious that their first priority is a QUICK SALE, and somewhere behind that (I assume) is customer service and satisfaction. Within an hour I completed a purchase from another Toyota dealer (also 4 hours away, over the Cascades) with a $500 deposit completed online. The car is also in transit to the dealership. I would highly recommend LYTHIA TOYOTA OF SPRINGFIELD! More
