He did a good job of listening and then said they didn’t have exactly what I was looking for. He suggested I check out a used 2024 with very low miles. The truck was much nicer than I was looking for and the price was not that much more than the older models. He walked me through the process patiently even suggesting a less expensive option for running boards than that which I settled on.
