Unlike most other dealers I worked with Harris throughout the whole process, no creepy finance guy or aftermarket undercoating sales team. They adjusted the paperwork to add my wife and changed some final options and did it all again without complaints. It is the first time I ever considered tipping my car sales team. He was super responsive, communicative, friendly, and funny. He and his team were very accommodating in working with my preferred lender. He prepared everything we needed ahead of time to ensure that when we came to pickup all we had to do was sign a few things. After signing he took the time to sit in the car with us, help me download the app, and walk us through all of the features in the dash and was very thorough with a few great jokes thrown in there. I haven’t purchased many new cars in my life so I don’t know what the sales experience should be like, but he treated us like human beings, while being very friendly, accommodating, and making it a stress-free experience.
