Yes! I service my Honda at a Suburu dealership I have worked with Derrick Flaherty for over (8) yrs. I bought a brand new car and wanted to make sure any and all service would keep it in the best I have worked with Derrick Flaherty for over (8) yrs. I bought a brand new car and wanted to make sure any and all service would keep it in the best condition. I always thought going to a dealership would cost me more and that I could be taken advantage of.. When I met service writer Derrick Flaherty I immediately felt comfortable. He listened to my concerns and assured me that if I had any questions that he was available any time to answer them. When my car needs service Derrick is who I trust.. Derrick recently moved from Honda to Wilsonville Suburu.. I will bring my car wherever he is.. thank you Derrick for your great service.!! More

I've been a customer of Derrick Flaherty's for years and when I found out he had moved to a new company I immediately had to go check it out. I was greeted with excellent customer service as always, was impressed with the overall dealership and am excited to now take my car to Derrick and his new team at Wilsonville Subaru. I currently drive a Honda CR-V, which I know he will continue to provide honest and quality service. However, I also was excited to take a look at the Subaru Forester which he gladly answered questions and let me hop in one. More

Made appointment, showed up early, checked in, waited hour I made an appointment for 2:15 on December 14th. Got there 15 minutes early, checked in, and waited an additional hour. I was not served. Went the extra mile I bought a used Subaru Tribeca a few years back along with a 3rd party warranty. Long story short, after nine long months with a check engine light, many 2 hour drives to two different dealerships trying to get this addressed, I got help At this dealership. Corey White in the service depot and Nora in sales were super patient, honest and helpful. Dealing with car stuff can be stressful, but I really felt well taken care of here. More

Best Service Dealership Experience Ever Best “dealership” experience so far. This was my 1st visit to Wilsonville Subaru, and i was skeptical going in. My journey started off well with a smo Best “dealership” experience so far. This was my 1st visit to Wilsonville Subaru, and i was skeptical going in. My journey started off well with a smooth call to setup the service appointment, both email and text reminders, and upon arrival, top notch service from Sean my Service Advisor. My Outback was in the bay within literally a minute. The waiting area is spacious and comfortable. No sales people walk up to you. Everything was right on time, and my vehicle was finished up early. They provided a full synthetic oil change, a thorough multi point inspection and a complimentary car wash. They even identified some rattling in my heat shield caused by some rocks and fixed that at no additional cost. During their inspection, they identified two issues. They clearly explained them to me and gave me estimates to fix them. This is really important as we just hit 150,000 miles and want another 150k miles. I am gladly going to come back to resolve these issues because of the high level service from start to finish, clear explanations and their quick identifications of the problems and resolutions. Thank you Wilsonville Subaru, we now have a place we trust, where we can bring our family of other Subaru’s to be serviced. More

Clueless Mickey Mouse Operation Had my Subaru serviced here three times, attempted a fourth. Mechanics do a good job (just regular maintenance), but it is challenging to get to the p Had my Subaru serviced here three times, attempted a fourth. Mechanics do a good job (just regular maintenance), but it is challenging to get to the point where your car gets worked on. Worked with different people (don't want to call out any particular employee), but not once have I been able to show up for my appointment, drop off the car, and pick up at the agreed upon time. Always a problem of some sort (computers not working, only person who can accept payment has disappeared, etc. etc.) to the point where it's ridiculous. Most recent experience, I show up for an appointment made well in advance just to realize that no parts had been ordered. We're all human, and can make mistakes, but these guys are just not even trying to appear like they have any idea what on earth they are doing. They have a comfortable waiting area where we had breakfast and coffee while we waited. It was an incredibly pleasant experience and we will certainly be back for any of our Subaru needs! More
