The entire experience was laid back and pressure free. I loved that this dealership does not do hand-offs (sales person, manager, finance person, etc) which can really add time to the purchase process. Would work with Elisha again in a heartbeat. Will be the first place I look next time I'm in the market. More

The showroom had a very open and welcoming feel to it. We especially appreciated that most of the cars were under cover, which was a new experience for us. The coffee/deli bar is a nice touch. We appreciate that dogs are welcome as well. Another Subaru dealership we've been in has dog beds and dog treats. That might be an addition for you to consider. We came in to look at new Foresters and Outbacks. We were warmly greeted by Shawn Tracy, who was knowledgeable, upfront, and to-the-point throughout the transaction. He quickly arranged to have our trade-in value calculated, as well as the price for the new car. We never felt pressured. After deciding to purchase an Outback, Shawn offered to deliver the car to our home the next day. He arrived on time, spent 45 minutes introducing us to the Outback's various features, and then drove away in our old 2010 Outback. We enjoyed doing business with Shawn and appreciated his competence. More
