A friends husband recommended I go to Wilsonville Subaru. Wow! what difference ..... Brent Venishel salesman introduced himself and gave a brief overview of the company's sales profile and procedures it was a GREAT! first impression, I felt welcomed & comfortable. Mostly relaxed, to ask lots of questions. Wilsonville Subaru you are the best. 1st Class. After my 1st visit, Brent gave me info and facts on 2 autos that I could take home for reviewing. I returned the next day. I am now the proud owner of a new car. It was so easy to view and inspect their many, Vehicles (undercover) in the building, a great atmosphere, I loved the the pricing and quality. It was a pleasant car buying experience. Thank you, Brent for your friendly, professional service and all the good help, I'll pop in to say hello when I come for service. Thank you also to Roree she is Wonderful . Great Experience We really weren't looking forward to the new car buying experience but working with Jim at Wilsonville Subaru was great. He was thorough but not push We really weren't looking forward to the new car buying experience but working with Jim at Wilsonville Subaru was great. He was thorough but not pushy and showed us a lot of cars and gave us the opportunity to view all the options and compare. We had a very nice test drive (almost 20 miles!) and he listened to what we were looking for in a new vehicle. We planned on visiting a couple of dealerships but after working with Jim we changed our mind and decided that we didn't need to look any further than Wilsonville for our next car. I felt that he was interested in making sure that we got the right vehicle for us rather than just making a sale. Thank you, we had a great experience. More

It was awesome I had taken my car into Wilsonville Subaru for a routine oil check. The service department was so helpful and gave me great information as it was my I had taken my car into Wilsonville Subaru for a routine oil check. The service department was so helpful and gave me great information as it was my first time. Because it was my first visit I was given this service for 15.00!! What a nice surprise. While I was waiting , I decided to look around at the cars that were there in the building. I came in wanting to just look, but wasn't sure what to expect.. Most dealerships are so high pressure and someone is dogging your every move. Well that didn't happen here. I was able to look to my hearts content. Open doors, sit in cars, check out all the bells and whistles. Then when I had questions I went out on the sales floor. I also went outside where there were a few more cars and that's when I met Marcelo. Marcelo had the answers to my questions, but best of all he wasn't pushy. I showed him the car that I liked and how much I wanted my monthly payment to be and he took it from there. I brought my husband back the next day and we test drove the car. We loved it. We weren't quite ready to close the deal and Marcelo was cool with that and didn't make us feel like if you walk away it won't be here and make us feel like we needed to do it before we were ready. We came back after the weekend and it happened to be Marcelo's day off. He was more then willing to come in and close the deal with us because it worked for us. We will most definitely come back to Wilsonville Subaru to buy a car again. It was the best experience we have ever had shopping and buying a new car!! Thank you Marcelo Nunes you were fabulous!! She was knowledgeable, very personable, straight forward, and got me into a nice car without having to stay there at the dealership haggling over pricing. I went in there knowing what I wanted and she didn’t try to persuade me into getting something that I was not comfortable with. Wilsonville Subaru employees were very pleasant, cheerful, and appeared to enjoy what they do. Shawna even mentioned how she really enjoys her general manager. That comment and how I was treated while at Wilsonville Subaru speaks volumes about how this dealership is run. Happy employees create memorable guest experiences.
