James was fantastic before we even met in person - We spoke over the phone and he asked all the right questions and actually listened to what I wanted in my Subaru! He set out on the mission to find it and delivered within a few hours. We planned to meet when I got off work that evening. The entire time we felt welcomed, comfortable, and in the "know" of what was going on. Not once did I feel pressured to make a decision. I sincerely felt that both James and Jay cared about what I had to say and truly wanted to make a deal that would work right for us and our budget and not to just sell us a car. Both stayed well beyond normal business hours and not once did I feel like they were put out or rushing us out the door. I worked with James and Jay specifically but everyone I met in the show room was great - very welcoming and nice. You can tell that they genuinely enjoy working there and together. The showroom was also very clean and well maintained. I can honestly say this was the best car buying experience I've ever had and will continue to go there for service or whatever it is that comes up in the future. I do not feel that the business relationship ended the moment the papers were signed- I truly feel I could approach either with any questions or concerns and they'd fix it or send me to the right person. Once I decided on my choice (2019 Forester Touring) and had test driven it, James sat me down to go over the options and paperwork. It's a lengthy process and I had several questions.... James was the soul of patience. He answered my questions thoroughly (some I admit more than once). I was initially skeptical of the claim of no pressure but it turned out to be true. James also went over the many features in the cabin at length before I left. When it was clear I was a bit overwhelmed he suggested I return another day to get a further tutorial on the bits and bobs. I am very much enjoying the car. It is clear that Subaru has thought of everything. It's a responsive, easy to handle car with every conceivable technological safety feature. With increasing traffic congestion safety and reliability are paramount. I would recommend Wilsonville Subaru in large part due to James's customer service. Also, the car is a beauty! More

Before we had even looked at a vehicle he had shared their current promotion pricing which was, as we knew from our preparation and past haggling headaches, a very fair price. The Ascent was larger than we anticipated for us and again looked at the Outback to replace our 21 year old trusty Outback we had purchased new which was the traditional, terrible experience back then at another dealership. Brent was knowledgeable, patient, humorous, and enjoyable to work with throughout the process despite being under the weather that day. We would highly recommend Wilsonville and Brent. On a side note Brent races a modified WRX ...that has to get negative gas mileage : ) ... and as a result knows much more about autos than you could expect at a dealership. Also, we learned that he is very protective of a favorite pen from a humorous tale he shared. To be on the safe side and not encounter his pen wrath, we coughed up the promotional Credit Union pen he had lent us to sign the papers which we, of course, "inadvertently" stole!
