I came away feeling like I had the time I needed to figure out what I wanted without having to be rushed to make a sale for the dealer. In fact, we visited the dealership 3 times of the same number of weeks while also doing my own due diligence in researching my options to figure out what I wanted and each time, Andrew was extremely helpful in answering questions I had and Subarus I wanted to test drive. To add to that, I truly appreciated Andrew's knowledge of the Subaru brand and the various gadgets employed in their cars. He's certainly a fan of the brand given that he and his wife own a Forester and an STI, so I appreciated knowing he values the same brand he was helping me purchase. If you're in the market for a new Subaru (or even another brand), I would recommend seeing Andrew at Wilsonville Subaru first to see how a car buying experience should feel. I can promise you that you will enjoy the experience. Even if you don't purchase that day, it will set a new bar for future visits. I know it has for me and my new 2018 Forester XT! More

Best car purchase experience ever! I needed to get my brakes serviced so i requested a loaner. They gave me a brand new 2019 Subaru crosstrek in khaki blue. It had a huge back up scree I needed to get my brakes serviced so i requested a loaner. They gave me a brand new 2019 Subaru crosstrek in khaki blue. It had a huge back up screen , navigation, lane assist, and drove like a dream. When i mentioned to Rachael O'Connor n Service how much I liked the Crosstreks' safety features they offered to provide me with a trade in value for my 2014 Forester, just in case i wanted to upgrade. They also had a sales lady Holly Hill ready to meet with me when i turned in the loaner. I saw the beautiful dark blue 2019 Forester Sport and loved it but i fell hard for the dark blue sparkly Outback limited! Holly was very knowledgable and provided me all i needed to get the new Outback. I was given a great trade in value on my Forester , 0% interest loan and skiing passes for two! I know i will be safer in the new car. Thanks so much Holly, Rachael, and everyone there for making it a great experience. More

Made Things Right I'd only had my new car for 6 months but I was so frustrated and disapointed with it that I was ready to get rid of it and go somewhere else. Ron, the manager, stepped in and went above and beyond my expectations to get me into a different vehicle, with as little financial impact as possible. He heard all my needs and made them happen, and then some. While I was finalizing things with my salesperson, Dave, Ron stopped by to check in with me. When I tried to thank him, he thanked ME instead, for trusting them and remaining their customer. More

A few weeks ago my wife, Jesseca, and I visited Wilsonvill In summary - If you are in the market to buy a new car ONLY by from Wilsonville Subaru!! A few weeks ago my wife, Jesseca, and I visited Wilsonville Subaru to look at some 2019 Ascents and Foresters. Upon entering the dealership showroom we were greeted by Brent Venishel. Brent came across as professional, well spoken and very personable! (i.e. no creepy salesperson vibes) In two minutes or less Brent asked us how we were, gave us the Wilsonville Subaru "One Person, One Price, No Bull" spiel, pointed us towards the inventory of cars that we were interested in and set us on our merry window shopping tire kicking way. My wife and I are educated buyers and we know what we like when we see it. At no point during our stroll through the lot inventory did we feel pursued on spied on. It was a great no pressure situation. After seeing the selection that W.S. had to offer we thanked Brent for his time, left the dealership and went home to discuss our options. About a week later we scheduled a 9:00 am follow up appointment, thanks Jeremy Warram, with our salesperson Brent. We arrived to the dealership a little early and Brent was already standing by waiting on our arrival. (he even had the Forester that we were interested in prewashed and sitting pretty) Quick not quick side note - we were only in the market to buy a new car as a result of a no fault accident where our previous vehicle was totaled. My wife was still feeling the negative effects of the accident and during our two visits to the dealership Brent could not have been more accommodating. I will not go into much more detail but the dealership and Brent went out of their way to ensure her comfort. It was truly incredible. As a consumer I have never felt/seen this level of customer service before and we were beyond grateful. Anyways, back to the review.... Brent walked me around the 2019 Horizon Blue Pearl Forester Touring, explained the features of this particular vehicle and expertly addressed all of our questions . We loved this car so much that we decided to buy it!!! Brent made the whole "administration" portion of the buying experience quick and painless. Start to finish was less than an hour and a half. To top things off , because of our "situation" Brent offered to personally deliver the car to our home. Who does that? Wilsonville Subaru - that's who! Thank you Brent Venishel and Wilsonville Subaru for making our first Subaru buying experience so memorable!! #WilsonvilleSubaru #Customers4Life More
