Because we had heard so many customers attest to the "no nonsense" approach of car buying that is the "norm" at Wilsonville Subaru, we decided to give them a try. We were greeted by salesperson, Shawna Williams, when we arrived. She had such an easy approach, letting us ask questions and share what we were looking for. Shawna was so knowledgeable, and accommodating. We returned 3 times before buying; each time we were treated with the same care. Shawna also made a point to answer emails quickly when we had other questions come up regarding our interest in the Forester. My mother was pretty nervous about all of the new features of her car, so when we went to pick up our new vehicle, Shawna went a step further spending quite a bit of time helping with initial set up and demonstrating some of the cars features. We are thrilled with the new car and could not be happier with the experience we had with Shawna and Wilsonville Subaru. We will definitely be back and we would highly recommend to anyone looking for a car to work with Shawna Williams! More

Longevity, all weather & terrain, safety (kiddo), affordable, mpg and to top it off-it’s beautiful with stylish add-on’s. Don’t let me forget to mention the dealership had the low pressure, extremely aultrustic employees who went above and beyond to make sure every part of the car and sale were to our comfort and capacity. The very specific car I wanted was not immediately available, but through fast actions on the part of Derek and Keith, they we’re able to have it available to me within 24 hours, and certified pre-owned! It doesn’t get any sweeter than that! In short, I am extremely satisfied with my purchase (and I thought my last experience at a different dealership was good). I would do it again in a heartbeat and will recommend this location to my friends and family. More

They came in with a fair purchase price discounted off MSRP and gave me KBB value for my trade-in. Can't ask for much more that that. I worked with Max Thompson and he was honest, thoughtful, and courteous throughout the entire process. A true pleasure to work with! Also, their facility is quite impressive. Only 2 years old, it is equipped with a large glass fireplace, 2 nice size seating areas, ping pong table, kids play room, and even an espresso/snack bar!
