Great communication of service Linette was fantastic. She explained what was wrong and why it needed to be fixed. She made sure I understood the price breakdown and the time frame. Very poor I was not informed that I would be charged $75.00 for them to even look at my car. After that I told them from another shop exactly what was wrong. Al I was not informed that I would be charged $75.00 for them to even look at my car. After that I told them from another shop exactly what was wrong. All I asked is they look up how much the part would be and labor to fix it and call me before doing anything. Four hours later I still hadn’t heard anything. After called 2 times and getting jerked around and waiting I finally got an answer. When I went to pick it up they said it would be $100 for the services that day. I told them not to do anything until they cleared the price with me first. They didn’t do this and added transmission oil among whatever else without letting me know. I was very unhappy to show up with a $100 bill when I asked them to call me before they would need to charge anything. When I consulted them about this they were very rude and said they always tell everyone it’s $75 to look at it. I never once was told this. More
