Awesome service department. I bought a used 2016 F-150 and had a slight hiccup with the air conditioner the next day after driving home. I live out of state but was able to talk I bought a used 2016 F-150 and had a slight hiccup with the air conditioner the next day after driving home. I live out of state but was able to talk to Chad Rick's at the service department, and he was able to get it taken care of for me at my local ford dealer quick and painless, all while he was getting ready to go on vacation.
