Fortunately, Wilson Motor service is/was not using the CDK software that was cyberattacked! They were able to get my Ford F150 into service the following day from my call. Service was completed the day CDK software that was cyberattacked! They were able to get my Ford F150 into service the following day from my call. Service was completed the day of the service appointment. The service representative that took my call was very polite and work with me to get my truck in as soon as possible. The service representative that handled the check in, service, contacting me on status updates, and final delivery and costs was excellent. This is my third car that I have purchased or helped purchase from Wilson motors. I come here for a reason. I know that I will be treated fairly and with kindness. I never once or have ever felt rushed purchase from Wilson motors. I come here for a reason. I know that I will be treated fairly and with kindness. I never once or have ever felt rushed to make a purchase. I was sold on Alex before I was sold on buying a car. He was so patient with us as we journeyed through the car buying process. I consider him and the team at Wilson my friends and will continue to go nowhere else, but here. Do I have any regrets.. none! Would I do this again, without hesitating.
