Alex was very helpful and patient. He wasn't pushy and helped us make a good decision. Chris was not as sociable and I was unimpressed. Got me a pretty good deal on my Tacoma, Alex was great and was very accommodating. Only complaint is they could be a bit more transparent on things that may be wrong since they apparently do a full inspec and was very accommodating. Kaden(our sales guy) was phenomenal! ! The rest of the process was time consuming. It has been about a month since the vehicle purchase and we are finalized. The finance process was time ! The finance process was time consuming, it took days to get finalized even when we prequalified for 1.5 times the amount of the purchased vehicle. They also did the wrong paperwork on the truck causing another month delay in this process. When I tried to get the accessories that were worked into the deal, they say “there was a misunderstanding and we cannot give those to you for free”. For free!? I bought them! I had to take this to the general manager of the branch and he took nearly a week to get a hold of and get the situation made right. They stepped up though, the people involved in the process worked for an unhappy customer and I appreciate that. They did good. More
