No more I brought my wife's Silverado in to check the brakes on Monday the 27th of June, as the front brakes were grinding. I was called about an hour later a I brought my wife's Silverado in to check the brakes on Monday the 27th of June, as the front brakes were grinding. I was called about an hour later and told I had two options; A. was a new rotor, pads, caliper and brake line for a total of over $1,000. or B. just the rotor and pads for over $800. I told them I would be there to pick it up, and don't do the work. I was charged $94.00 just to have it looked at. I then took it to another service place, and was told that the caliper was fine, but I did need the rotor and pads on BOTH sides. Total repair cost $375 for both vs. WCM cost of $800+ for one side. My 4 vehicles have found a new service center. More

I asked to be kept informed about the progress of my vehicle and that is not being done. Checked my car in at 8:15 am and did not know anything until late afternoon around 3:00 p.m. I had to go through the sales department to get a return call. It seems as though when you check your car in that you are not really being listened to, "call me." All I know is it is not like it used to be at the old location. Staff has changed, maybe? More
I brought my truck in to have the power steering repaired. A few days after the repair, the power steering began to make a loud noise and i took it back in to see what was wrong. They told me a belt in the system had broken, and the repair for that was very costly. My husband believes that the belt was broken during the first repair, and they did not stand behind their work. I cannot say that they purposely did this to get more business, but it seems unlikely that it would have another problem in the same area so quickly. More
I recently purchased a 2004 Toyota 4Runner from Wilson County Motors. Well, after 3 weeks of ownership the water pump went out. I was impressed with how they handled the situation and how fast they repaired my vehicle. It is unusual to find a dealer or anyone who is willing to stand behind a 2004 model with 97,000 miles. I was very impressed with not only the service I recieved at your dealership, but the reception I recieved from Ms. Trackwell. It was was impeccable. I had no appointment but she saw that my needs were met a at your dealership, but the reception I recieved from Ms. Trackwell. It was was impeccable. I had no appointment but she saw that my needs were met and I felt sincerely appreciated as a new customer. My last service was with Jim Reed in Nashville and not only did I feel that I was an "imposition" , but they did poor work as well which caused me to waste a day . I definatly would recommend your business to my friends and I will be back as well. I stopped by without an appointment in hopes of a quick oil change. A lady named Kelly greeted me and worked my vehicle into the schedule. within 35 minutes I was in and out. I called ahead of time to see about getting my oil changed and spoke to Amy Baily. She was very friendly and professonal and told me that she would get it in the shop as soon as i got there. I had a problem with our window not working proerly. I stopped by and met the professioal staff at Wilson County Motors. On the morning of the second day i received a call as promised to fix my Tahoe. I arrived and was greeted by Tracy who offered to take me to work while they fixed my vehicle. i was introduced to the service provider, Jeff, who told me how he was going to fix my vehicle and about how long it would take. I was shown the waiting area and had a cup of coffee that Tracy prepared for me. She told me where the sales office was in case i wanted to look at the vehicle inventory while i waited. The work was done sooner than expected, which is always nice. i would strongly recommend this dealer due to the service i received.
