Buying the suv was no problem. But they have the worst service department. I have ever been to. The service department manager is lost he doesnt have a clue as to what his job is. But they have the worst service department. I have ever been to. The service department manager is lost he doesnt have a clue as to what his job is. I have had the suv in several times to correct a glass that did not fit. When I picked it up they a put a six inch scratch on the GMC Acadia. Will never buy a new car there again. More
On 10/13/23 I visited this dealership due to my Chevy Traverse’s check engine light coming on. I had a letter saved regarding the exhaust pipe specialty coverage warranty and brought that with me to my a Traverse’s check engine light coming on. I had a letter saved regarding the exhaust pipe specialty coverage warranty and brought that with me to my appointment just in case, which I’m glad I did. What followed in my appointments with this dealership was awful and I am filing more formal complaints on the dealership and staff I worked with due to this experience. I’m writing this review here in hopes it helps others not have an experience like this. On 10/13/23 after they did the diagnostic testing on my vehicle, my service advisor explained to me that the front exhaust pipe was causing the issue and the repair would be covered under the special warranty for this job but that they also wrote me up for a muffler assembly repair that would not be covered (and was going to be over $1000 to repair). This seemed off to me as my vehicle is only two years old and I have been keeping up with all the maintenance on it, so I asked for her to have the mechanic show me what they were seeing. When the mechanic showed me the front exhaust pipe leak I noticed that the pipe was held by a bracket that also held the other pipe right next to it. They showed how the issue with one pipe due to the bracket separating definitely could impact the other pipe next to it but they specifically stated multiple times that only the one front exhaust pipe was covered under the special warranty and the other was not. When I asked what the issue with my muffler was they wrote up on my repair estimate, the mechanic said he wrote it up because of a hairline crack he found. When I asked him to show me where this hairline crack was, he did not point to my muffler. He pointed to the pipe next to my front exhaust pipe. At this point, I definitely knew something was off and I told them to schedule me for the front exhaust pipe repair and I would look into this “muffler issue” they were trying to get me to have repaired and look into why they were all telling me the other pipe was not covered under the specialty coverage warranty too when it was clear there was an issue with it too. I asked my service advisor if I could speak with management which she did not coordinate for me and instead said she already spoke to everyone in management and they said no other warranty will cover the other pipe. I had the front exhaust pipe repaired on 10/20/23 when they got the part in they ordered and went on my way. A few weeks later my check engine light came back on. I was advised to have this matter looked into by a different dealership this time due to my experience described above at Wilson County Chevy Buick GMC, which I did. When I did go to a different dealership, I also found out that the safety bulletin and specialty coverage on the exhaust pipe does cover the other pipe too and this second dealership was willing to do the repair same day and it would all be covered under the specialty coverage warranty. However, when they went to go start the repair they had to pause and showed me how the repair done on my front exhaust pipe had a broken bolt that caused another hole (which was not disclosed to me by Wilson County Chevy Buick GMC) and would need to be repaired again in order to be able to repair the other pipe. Unfortunately now I have to wait on the repair due to the additional part needing fixed being on back order so that they can fix both pipes at the same time. I’m extremely concerned with how I was treated by Wilson County Chevy Buick GMC and how they handled this in the first place. They either lied to me or did not thoroughly research the specialty coverage warranty, which is now costing me extra time to be able to have these issues fully fixed. This was not a trustworthy team to work with at this dealership. More

AL contacted me less than 24 hours after posting my previous review regarding my 2018 Titan. If I would’ve spoken to him I can assure you my review would’ve been drastically different. He genuinely c previous review regarding my 2018 Titan. If I would’ve spoken to him I can assure you my review would’ve been drastically different. He genuinely cared about the problems with my truck. He sent a flatbed to tow my vehicle to their dealership (at no expense) for their mechanic to attempt to resolve any issues with it. I can’t recommend him enough and anyone concerned with anything should ask for him. More

My check engine light came on November 1st, 2021, took my car to the only place that I trusted, which is Wilson Co. Motors. They installed a SL-N-Cover and R&R Valve Cover. Check engine light came back on No car to the only place that I trusted, which is Wilson Co. Motors. They installed a SL-N-Cover and R&R Valve Cover. Check engine light came back on November 30th, 2021, took my car back to Wilson Co. Motors, this time they said I needed a SL-N-Valve, R&R Purge Valve. My check engine light came back on in late December. Wilson Co. Motors could not get my car in for at least a week. I was able to get an appointment with a different company. It was actually needing an Intake Manifold and a PCV Pipe that had been duct tape from the service dept at Wilson Co. Motors. I contacted the owner of Wilson Co. Motors, who requested that I email a picture of the part and he would look into it and get back to me. I emailed the picture and a few days later the shop foreman contacted me and said that the service tech had duct taped the part to save me money. I received a check in the yesterday for $120.98. I was not looking to save money; I was looking to have my car fixed right. I spent $1,559.32 within two months because of duct tape! I have lost my trust in the service dept at the dealership. More
Called Wilson County Motors last week and set up an appointment to get the radio in my truck worked on. It has been going crazy for 3 to 4 months now, changing channels on it own and flipping my dash s appointment to get the radio in my truck worked on. It has been going crazy for 3 to 4 months now, changing channels on it own and flipping my dash speedometer around. I was also getting my oil changed. They set me up an appointment and told me that we've had this issue several times on similar vehicles and could get me in and out in an hour or so on my appointment date. I said great lets set it up. Fast forward to the day of appointment. I take off work early drive 30 minutes to Wilson County Motors. Turn my truck over to them, set for an hour in the waiting room looking at my truck still sitting in the drop off bay. Finally someone comes to see me and and asked what is it we can help you with today. I said I had an appointment an hour ago to get the radio worked on and my oil changed. They said well our technicians can't get to your radio today but we can still change your oil. At this time I'm pissed because I was instructed over the phone that this would be fixed today. I had taken off work drove to Lebanon and set for an hour already. Well I tell them to go ahead and change the oil and I will set another appointment for the radio. They Finally take my truck to the back parking lot. I sit back down and wait for the oil change. I set another hour getting madder and madder, looking at my truck setting in the back parking lot. I finally tell them to return my truck to me and I will take my business elsewhere. Wilson County Chevrolet is absolutely ridiculous and unacceptable. I am now setting at Valvoline getting my oil changed in 15 minutes. More
This is THE WORST dealership I’ve ever been too. And it’s not even close.! My wife & I took our Yukon Denali in on a Tuesday. Monday came around (6 days later), and we still hadn’t heard from them. Then FINA not even close.! My wife & I took our Yukon Denali in on a Tuesday. Monday came around (6 days later), and we still hadn’t heard from them. Then FINALLY the employee (‘Kyle’) reaches out, but only AFTER we called the service dept to figure out why they didn’t update us in 6 friggin’ days!!! THEN ‘Kyle’ lies to me about when they look at the car. Of course I caught him in a lie, and he immediately got on his bike to back peddle. AND let’s not forget that a week prior, you charged me $600 and didn’t even fix the problem. So I had to bring it back. Horrible customer service. Will be taking my business (literally 15 miles out of my way) to the downtown dealership. I’m also getting ready to post on every single page I can about how crap this dealership is. It’s truly astonishing. P.S. this isn’t the first time we’ve taken our vehicle to you. It’s like the 5th or 6th. (check your system). So if you’re thinking I’m just another crazy ‘Karen’, I’m not. You guys just suck that bad. Btw, my uncle is an executive at GM, so it’ll be easy to skip the queue and contact whomever is over your head regionally. looking fwd to it. More
Beware of how they use your vehicle when you take it in for work. Tracked my new 65k truck through the Chevy app. Watched them drive all over Nashville for 4 hours running errands and delivery parts. Retur for work. Tracked my new 65k truck through the Chevy app. Watched them drive all over Nashville for 4 hours running errands and delivery parts. Returned my truck to me with unnecessary additional miles and a quarter tank of diesel. Service manager took no responsibility for the use of my vehicle. Very poor customer service. Refused to return my calls. Filed an official complaint with GM. Sad that this is the way they treat a new customer purchasing a high end vehicle More
