I purchased my first brand new vehicle back in 2006 here from Lee and could not have been treated better. I came in to look at trucks and wasn't quite sure what features I wanted. I was able to get a great truck and actually spent a little less than I had budgeted. The entire process was pretty smooth considering I was nervous spending that much money. I stopped in Wilson County Motors last saturday and looked at a few cars. I really have never owned a chevrolet. I have always owned hondas and toyotas. I was driving around and Shannon came up to the car and told me where to park. He took me to his office and gave me a coke. We talked about my options and I could really tell that he was putting himself into my shoes. I have never had that with any other sales person. He cared about my needs and asked me questions that no other sales person has ever thought to ask me. I have bought 7 cars in my life but Shannon is the only sales person I ever ran into that could connect with me. Before I relized it he pulled up the car that I had described to him that I had seen on the road. I have two kids and he was very polite to my children and made sure the car was cooled down enough for them before we looked at the car. I was impressed that a car sales person would think of my children over just rushing me out in the sun to buy a car. We talked again about the features this car has and how it would save me money on fuel and all the awards this car had won before we went out and looked closer at the car. I did not like the color but he explained to me that white does not show dirt as bad and that it has the most resale value due to the fact that white was the color of choice in used cars. We went on a test drive and I fell in love with the ride and comfort of the seat. I drive alot for my job and that is important. He told me about the on star turn by turn and how i would never get lost anymore with this. I had no ideal about on star and how it unlocked my door was amazing. I was not ready to purchase that day and shannon gave me a card and told me to come back to see him. I have to wait to get my work to sign the papers for me to get another car for my work but I will come back and see shannon. Truly the best dealership on the planet. Shannon Williams was by far the best car sales person I have ever meet. He was a true professional. Thanks!!!!! More
I really do not write reviews very often on the complimentary side. Usually I will write something when things go wrong. This time is different, I feel compelled to do a little good with my review of the service that I received from the professional group at Wilson County Motors of Lebanon TN. I am normally very busy with work at home and have no time to shop for cars. But I was ready for a new car and wanted to trade in my car. From the time that I arrived at Wilson County Motors I was greeted with a smile and friendly staff. The receptionist was professional and courteous and the salesman Shannon Williams was very helpful. There were no hassles with an appraisal of my car when I arrived and while they looked at my car I test drove my new Aveo LT. Shannon did a fantastic job explaining all of the new controls to me and took me on a longer test run to make sure it was the right car for me. I was sold. I would recommend Shannon Williams to anyone looking for amazing personalized service. More
I bought a truck from shannon williams at wilson co motors awhile back. When shannon called me and told me about this new web site I was very happy to get on here and explain my thoughts about the deal motors awhile back. When I came down there my husband had just passed away and I had just decided to trade his old truck and get me a new used truck to just knock around in. Shannon came out and took me to his office and told me he understood what I was going threw and felt like he had the perfect truck for me. I told him I wanted a red truck because I love the color red. He was gone for about 2 minutes and pulled up in a red truck that I thought was the prettiest truck I have ever seen. He came in and told me that this was my new truck and I thought to myself that he is right and that I have got to have this truck. We went to my house to see if the new truck would fit in my garage. When we got there I had alot of boxes out in the garage and he moved them up in my attic for me. I have never trusted sales people before and from meeting shannon I knew he was a professial and with his honest appoach and straightforward attiude I am now the proud owner of the prettiest red truck in wilson county. I have been in there for service since then and tracy is always very nice. Shannon seems to always come out to service and see me when I am there. He always greets me with a smile and a hug. I am so grateful that I went to wilson co motors because without them I would've not of bought my red truck. Shannon has called me a few times since i bought and i seem to stop looking at him as just the guy whom sold me my truck or the guy who works down at the carlot. He is like son to me and i can say i would send anyone to him and fully trust he will take great care of them. More
Let me start off by saying i hate writing surveys. Shannon called me and asked if i would do this for him. I always hated sales people and the car dealerships. Back in march i came to wilson co motors and looked at trucks. Shannon came out and from the start he just let me look at them and i did not feel pressured to buy anything. I told him i was shopping and would go to other dealerships just to get the deal i wanted. I told him i wanted the bottom dollar and he laughed and told me he had a ideal and came back with the keys drive it lets test it out. I told him i did not need to drive it what was the bottom dollar. He just kept talking about the truck and how it would save me money. He got in the drivers seat and told me to get in the truck. I got in the truck and he went over all the controls and i must admit he knew the truck like a pro. He started out the parking lot and i told him i was not driving it i had drove trucks all my life. He laughted and told me your not driving i am just relax and lets run to burger king and get a whopper. I laughted at this but i was hungry and xxxx he even offered to pay. when we got back he told me was i ready to take this truck home yet i told him i was going to shop he told me to come back when i was ready to save some money. He gave me a card and told me that he would not show his hand if i wanted to play poker. I thought that was funny and i repected his calmness. I was waiting for him to run inside to get the manager or say something to try and stop me. He did not stop me from leaving he showed me the service department and as i was leaving he asked me if he bought me another whopper would i buy his truck. I can tell you i have never been asked that in all my days buying trucks it was funny and that was one of the things i remember when i went to other places. I went to other places and i could tell the differance in the way i was treated and did not like the sales people. Shannon showed me every feature of the truck. I know trucks and would just ask questions just to stump the sales person. Shannon was very upto date with chevy trucks. Everywhere else i went the salesperson had to check or did not know or just tried to give me a line of crap. I then decided to work numbers with two dealers. They would play games with my trade and tell me how much i was getting a good deal. I would leave as the sales person would chase me out the door offering me more and more. I drove back home to lebanon and drove by the dealership. Shannon greeted me before i could get out and asked me if i was ready for a deal. I told him i wanted the bottom dollar on that truck and he went and got the keys and told me to drive it. when he presented numbers to me i was impressed with the straight forward manner payments and price where explained to me in detail. I was very impressed. I am a hard person to sale a car to. I must admit i hate buying a car, but shannon was very factual and upfront about everything. I tried the old games i was taught by my father to buy a car, but Shannon would come back and explain to me why things where what they where. I knew i was getting a good deal so i purchased a new truck. The lady in the the office when over my paper work and it was easy and she did not try and hide anything. I will never go shop again nor will i look at buying a truck the same way anymore. Shannon is my go to guy for trucks. He did not beg me to buy the truck with price like a lot of dealerships and chase you out the door. I bought from wilson co motors because it was nice to see a real dealership with real salepeople. The owner came out and thanked me right away and that was a extra bonus for me. Shannon i hope this helps you and you know how much i hate writing these things, but thanks for all your help. They were able to demonstrate how the LaCrosse compared with other models/makes that were competitive yet showed me how it was superior. It was clear to me in the end that this dealership provided hometown service, employed knowledgeable and courteous personnel, and was genuinely concerned that I be pleased with my purchase. I love my new LaCrosse and encourage others to find the same positive shopping experience that I did. More

RATING SHOULD BE 0. THIS IS THE MOST INCOMPETENT SERVICE DEPARTMENT I HAVE SEEN IN MY 40 YEARS OF AUTOMOTIVE REPAIRS!!!!! This dealer spent over a week trying to solve an electical problem. Their final DEPARTMENT I HAVE SEEN IN MY 40 YEARS OF AUTOMOTIVE REPAIRS!!!!! This dealer spent over a week trying to solve an electical problem. Their final conclusion was that we needed to replace 17 sensors in the electrical system. "Very very expensive and you probably would not want to spend several thousand (!) dollars on this seven year old car" implying that we should just stay in the sales lobby until we buy a new buick. We took the car immediately to VIC JENKINS CHEV in Gallatin and within twenty minutes they found the source of the problem. A bad radio. Pulled the radio out and no more problems with the electrical system. DO NOT ALLOW WILSON COUNTY MOTORS TO TOUCH YOUR CAR. More
