I also dealt with Ron Brooks through the internet before actually going to the dealership. Once I bought the new car I was showed around and introduced to all departments. That really means alot and shows that they really appreciate your business. Carl the sales manager was great as well. Over all I am very pleased with my purchase and how I was treated. We went to Wilson County Chevrolet to "look" at the options. After pulling in to the dealership, Shannon was the first one to greet us. First impressions are everything and we could tell he was truley a nice guy. We told him what we were looking for and he immediately started showing us what they had. Once narrowed down to 2 vehicles he said "lets take both of them for a drive." Once driving both vehicles I was set on the Acadia. We pulled it up to the front and before getting out Shannon explained every button in that SUV! We then proceeded to his desk to talk numbers. By the way, we had our 6 year old with us and by this point she was restless. Shannon was very kind to her and didn't mind her restlessness. Shannon went back and forth several times until we had settled on a price, discounts, etc. My family had been at the dealership for 5 hours and Shannon didn't slow down once! We loved working with him because he was funny and professional at the same time! He is very customer friendly and knowledgeable. I will recommend him to all of my friends and family looking for a Chevy/ Buick/ or GMC! More
We were shopping for vehicles for our grandmother. She needed a reliable car, that suited her needs. 1st place we stopped was Wilson Co. Motors & the 1st salesman to greet us was Shannon Williams. There w needed a reliable car, that suited her needs. 1st place we stopped was Wilson Co. Motors & the 1st salesman to greet us was Shannon Williams. There were 5 of us and 1 of him. Overwhelming! Shannon asked what we were looking for and he showed us a car. Then Granny decided maybe she wanted a truck. Shannon was very patient and showed us trucks. He knew Granny was nervous around the salesman, so he took a truck and a car to back lot and told her to drive around as much as she wanted. He would go back up to the office and leave us alone. We were able to drive both vehicle as much as we needed. We all took turns. Granny finally decided she like the Chevy Aveo. So Shannon came back to check on us & told us to take it out on the road. 5 of us piled in the car & took it on the road. Granny got to drive around Lebanon and that was all it took. Granny decided this was the car she wanted...now was time to wheel & deal. Let me tell you, we put Shannon through the paces. We kept calling it "Deal or No Deal". We shot a price, they came back with a deal. Back & Forth we went. Shannon was awesome working with the 5 of us. Finally a deal was made. A car wash, fuel tank of gas and 5 happy people! Shannon was very knowledgeable about the car and explained all the different features before we left. We all would highly recomend Shannon Williams if you need to buy a new or used vehicle at Wilson Co Motors. More

Wish the communication of her contacting me had been better. Was told I'd be contacted first thing in morning of deal and it wasn't until 1PM I was contacted. Then said they'd call back in an hour and I called back THREE hours later(THEY NEVER CALLED). Then after getting to dealership to purchase vehicle that evening, was told it wouldn't be available until next morning. Once AGAIN, the next day, no communication from them on where it was, and then I called at 1230PM and it at dealership, but NO ONE contacted to say they had it. People at Wilson Co. Chevy ARE friendly but some need to work on communicating better with the customers who AREN'T on the lot also. More

I worked with Wayne over the internet. He was great. Prompt and efficient. I got a fabulous Buick Enclave that I love. I feel the pricing was fair and I'm loving the car. I've had some problems none of which were created by Wayne who has gone above and beyond to take care of them. There were problems in setting up Onstar and Xm radio trials. For some reason my vin number was also put on another customer's purchase from the same dealership which cancelled out my Onstar and XM radio service trials. That has been a nightmare getting it re-enstated because to Onstar and XM it appears I no longer own the car. I'm not 100% sure it is still fixed but that not for lack of trying. However Wayne did spend a considerable amount of time trying to get this fixed for me even though he didn't set it up. Also, if you are going to buy a car basically over the internet you don't want to sit for hours waiting for a finance person once you arrive. Especially if you have excellent credit and making a 50% down payment. I would secure my own financing before purchasing another car from this or any other dealership. I have found the financing to be the worse part of purchasing a car and this dealership was no exception. However, if you have a lot of time and plan on that as part of the buying experience then you won't be as concerned as my husband and I. We like quick and professional. That's why we didn't go in and drive a dozen cars before making a decision. Overall the dealership is good at what they do. They sell Buick Enclaves and I wanted to buy one. Wayne was able to find the exact car I wanted and have it delivered within a few days. It had exactly what I wanted on it and was the color I had decided on. They are lucky to have a sales person like Wayne Fielder who cares about his clients. He is the reason I'd go back to Lebanon (50 miles away) to buy a car. I wish there was a dealership in Franklin but because I grew up in Wilson Co I looked to them as my next choice. The two 4's given in the survey reflect my experience with wait time for financing and the onstar/xm issues, not the dealership as a whole. These issues are possibly a one time experience however they happened to me and I feel I should be honest in this survey. I would give sales a 5+. More
