I wanted to say thanks to a few people at the dealership. I purchased a new Suburban back in October. A few days later I had some medical compilations come up and did not get back to the dealership until l I purchased a new Suburban back in October. He took the time to not only show me what was wrong (turned out to be mostly operator error) but instructed me how to use the electronics of the vehicle.
