Best experience ever from a bad situation!! Matt, Katherine (Kat), Michele, Louis and Rick went above and beyond to help me and my family out when we broke down in Tennessee. We were on vacatio Matt, Katherine (Kat), Michele, Louis and Rick went above and beyond to help me and my family out when we broke down in Tennessee. We were on vacation from Texas to Pennsylvania when we broke down in Lebanon TN. We were able to limp our car to the dealership. Kat greeted us and we told her about the car. Unfortunately they could not help us on Saturday because there were no technicians there to look at the transmission. We were stuck until Monday. kat introduced us to Michele who was trying to get our paperwork together. I made a comment to her stating that I might as well buy another vehicle. She introduced me to Matt. Matt showed us a few vehicles that evening. I told him that we would be back on Monday to see what they would say about our car. Matt actually drove us to the hotel since we had to leave the car. On Monday, Matt came back to the hotel to pick me up so we could discuss our car and see what our options were. Unfortunately the transmission was shot and they could not get one there for 3 days. I needed to get to PA because my father was having throat cancer surgery that Thursday. So I decided to buy a vehicle from Matt. Matt was not pushy and took his time with my concerns. We purchased the vehicle the next day and was on our way. One of the owners came out to speak to me about our car and our bad luck. I call it a blessing in disguise. everyone was so helpful and sympathetic to our situation. I never felt so much friendliness in one place before. Thank you Kat, Matt, Louis, Michele and Rick. You made a bad situation feel like it never happened. I can't say it enough. Thank you!! I will happily drive to Lebanon to buy my next vehicle from Matt and the team!! More

Great experience Brent Spears was a very patient & attentive salesman as we were not sure of the vehicle we were looking to purchase. He spent several hours with us & showed us all the features available on the vehicles we were interested in. He let us test drive multiple vehicles so we could get a feel for the one we liked. He made suggestions as well. There wasn't one on the lot that matched our exact needs so he located one that was out & send me the info. Price was higher than other dealership we had since visited but when I told him this the dealership made an attempt to try to get the price as low as possible just not able to match the other dealership. I'm truly sorry we could not strike a deal but would definitely recommend this dealership & salesman to future buyers. More

My new car "traverse" experience I wanted a new vehicle the same size as my trailblazer. So I went to Wilson co motor and told Linda James what I wanted.
