Buying the suv was no problem. But they have the worst service department. I have ever been to. The service department manager is lost he doesnt have a clue as to what his job is. But they have the worst service department. I have ever been to. The service department manager is lost he doesnt have a clue as to what his job is. I have had the suv in several times to correct a glass that did not fit. When I picked it up they a put a six inch scratch on the GMC Acadia. Will never buy a new car there again. More
On 10/13/23 I visited this dealership due to my Chevy Traverse’s check engine light coming on. I had a letter saved regarding the exhaust pipe specialty coverage warranty and brought that with me to my a Traverse’s check engine light coming on. I had a letter saved regarding the exhaust pipe specialty coverage warranty and brought that with me to my appointment just in case, which I’m glad I did. What followed in my appointments with this dealership was awful and I am filing more formal complaints on the dealership and staff I worked with due to this experience. I’m writing this review here in hopes it helps others not have an experience like this. On 10/13/23 after they did the diagnostic testing on my vehicle, my service advisor explained to me that the front exhaust pipe was causing the issue and the repair would be covered under the special warranty for this job but that they also wrote me up for a muffler assembly repair that would not be covered (and was going to be over $1000 to repair). This seemed off to me as my vehicle is only two years old and I have been keeping up with all the maintenance on it, so I asked for her to have the mechanic show me what they were seeing. When the mechanic showed me the front exhaust pipe leak I noticed that the pipe was held by a bracket that also held the other pipe right next to it. They showed how the issue with one pipe due to the bracket separating definitely could impact the other pipe next to it but they specifically stated multiple times that only the one front exhaust pipe was covered under the special warranty and the other was not. When I asked what the issue with my muffler was they wrote up on my repair estimate, the mechanic said he wrote it up because of a hairline crack he found. When I asked him to show me where this hairline crack was, he did not point to my muffler. He pointed to the pipe next to my front exhaust pipe. At this point, I definitely knew something was off and I told them to schedule me for the front exhaust pipe repair and I would look into this “muffler issue” they were trying to get me to have repaired and look into why they were all telling me the other pipe was not covered under the specialty coverage warranty too when it was clear there was an issue with it too. I asked my service advisor if I could speak with management which she did not coordinate for me and instead said she already spoke to everyone in management and they said no other warranty will cover the other pipe. I had the front exhaust pipe repaired on 10/20/23 when they got the part in they ordered and went on my way. A few weeks later my check engine light came back on. I was advised to have this matter looked into by a different dealership this time due to my experience described above at Wilson County Chevy Buick GMC, which I did. When I did go to a different dealership, I also found out that the safety bulletin and specialty coverage on the exhaust pipe does cover the other pipe too and this second dealership was willing to do the repair same day and it would all be covered under the specialty coverage warranty. However, when they went to go start the repair they had to pause and showed me how the repair done on my front exhaust pipe had a broken bolt that caused another hole (which was not disclosed to me by Wilson County Chevy Buick GMC) and would need to be repaired again in order to be able to repair the other pipe. Unfortunately now I have to wait on the repair due to the additional part needing fixed being on back order so that they can fix both pipes at the same time. I’m extremely concerned with how I was treated by Wilson County Chevy Buick GMC and how they handled this in the first place. They either lied to me or did not thoroughly research the specialty coverage warranty, which is now costing me extra time to be able to have these issues fully fixed. This was not a trustworthy team to work with at this dealership. More
I arrived at 9:30am to get a part installed and an oil change, I am still here at 12:30pm with no words from anyone. As a matter of fact, everyone just disappeared! Sherry could not have been any better. She is an absolute sweetheart. But that is where it unfortunately ends. Post sale of the vehicle the finance manager Mr. Christie has shown he is She is an absolute sweetheart. But that is where it unfortunately ends. Post sale of the vehicle the finance manager Mr. Christie has shown he is incompetent and has no integrity. First he acted like we did not have the money to pay a deposit. Very insulting and if my father didn’t want this particular vehicle we would have walked away at that point. Second, while I was out of the room he tried to get my parents to sign up for a loan so he could obviously get his bonus and to guarantee we come back to get the vehicle by having it under contract. Why have a cash deposit??? Very questionable practice. Next issue he wanted us to make sure we came back when he was there so he could close the deal and get his cut so we changed our plans and waited until after noon the next day to show up and pay in full for the vehicle. It gets better…after the vehicle is in our possession, the very next day, we ask for the deposit since the cashiers check was include if the deposit on the buyers order he states they will have to mail a check to us due to the “manager” came by and picked up the cash and they couldn’t give us the cash back. We should have never left the dealership but due to some health issue my parents couldn’t stay and they agreed to just let them keep the money on the promise they would follow through with the check. They did finally follow through with the check at the convenience weeks later and only after being asked where the xxxx is it. Then to top it all off he refuses to refund the doc fee after he failed to follow through with the entire process of licensing the vehicle. Every excuse in the book as to why he does not think the doc fee needs refunded. I am reporting him to the state and hopefully they investigate his unfair and fraudulent conduct. NEVER USE THIS DEALERSHIP!!! More
AL contacted me less than 24 hours after posting my previous review regarding my 2018 Titan. If I would’ve spoken to him I can assure you my review would’ve been drastically different. He genuinely c previous review regarding my 2018 Titan. If I would’ve spoken to him I can assure you my review would’ve been drastically different. He genuinely cared about the problems with my truck. He sent a flatbed to tow my vehicle to their dealership (at no expense) for their mechanic to attempt to resolve any issues with it. I can’t recommend him enough and anyone concerned with anything should ask for him. More
Dealership doesn't care about customers. Fact, Hoover hit our vehicle backing up while in another customers vehicle. Dealership doesn't want to "make it right" and told us to take it up with insurance. But refused to give proper insurance info. Called and waited almost 3 weeks before anyone even contacted me back even though calling and leaving messages on the voice-mail. Owner/Operator Mr. Mitchell Bone does not care and refuses to acknowledge or contact us. Horrible experience with all involved at dealership except receptionist and sales lady. More
Do not buy an electric car or any other car from this dealership. They know next to nothing about their EVs. Nearly 10 different sales people and their techs had no idea how to use their EV charger for c dealership. They know next to nothing about their EVs. Nearly 10 different sales people and their techs had no idea how to use their EV charger for customer use in the parking lot. Getting ahold of anyone at the dealership takes many phone calls and phone tag. Only redeeming part of this dealership was Mike in the finance department. He was friendly and helpful. More

My check engine light came on November 1st, 2021, took my car to the only place that I trusted, which is Wilson Co. Motors. They installed a SL-N-Cover and R&R Valve Cover. Check engine light came back on No car to the only place that I trusted, which is Wilson Co. Motors. They installed a SL-N-Cover and R&R Valve Cover. Check engine light came back on November 30th, 2021, took my car back to Wilson Co. Motors, this time they said I needed a SL-N-Valve, R&R Purge Valve. My check engine light came back on in late December. Wilson Co. Motors could not get my car in for at least a week. I was able to get an appointment with a different company. It was actually needing an Intake Manifold and a PCV Pipe that had been duct tape from the service dept at Wilson Co. Motors. I contacted the owner of Wilson Co. Motors, who requested that I email a picture of the part and he would look into it and get back to me. I emailed the picture and a few days later the shop foreman contacted me and said that the service tech had duct taped the part to save me money. I received a check in the yesterday for $120.98. I was not looking to save money; I was looking to have my car fixed right. I spent $1,559.32 within two months because of duct tape! I have lost my trust in the service dept at the dealership. More
