I just bought my third Hyundai. I have been bringing Hyundai #2 into the Wilson County service department for almost three years now. I have always said that at bad or dishonest mechanic can really wre Hyundai #2 into the Wilson County service department for almost three years now. I have always said that at bad or dishonest mechanic can really wreak havoc on your life, but you can rest assured you don't have to worry about that with these guys. With a man like Randy Jackson at the helm, you know things are being ran smoothly and as they should be. I know honest isn't a word you typically hear when talking about a car dealership, but Randy Jackson oozes honesty and you just know you can trust him. Randy runs a tight ship around the shop which puts your mind at ease and he's also just a really cool guy that's a lot of fun to talk to and cut up with. Then there's the mechanic, Kevin Reese. Kevin is very thorough and goes over my car with a fine tooth comb every time I bring it in, even if just for an oil change If he finds a problem, he explains it to you thoroughly and even utilizes little samples and things they have there in the shop so you understand. When I say problem, the things that have been wrong with my car have actually been just normal, routine, maintenance items that Kevin has nipped in the bud. I had 180k on Hyundai #2 and it was still going strong thanks to Kevin; just wanted a change. I know I can trust Kevin to maintain my car with precision and skill; he is worth his weight in GOLD and he's very sweet and personable too. And last, but certainly not least, there's Sasha. She not only holds down the desk in the shop but she logs the cars in and is quite knowledgeable about cars herself. She always has an answer for things and is usually on point but she also always follows up with Randy or Kevin just to be sure she's told you right. She is also a very sweet person and a lot of fun to talk to. All of the guys in the shop are a lot of fun to cut up with but they know how to get serious about working on your car. I always recommend them to everyone since they work on all makes of cars. I try to tell people about this little gold mine in the heart of little Lebanon TN so that everyone can experience and enjoy the peace of mind of a truly good service department. More
This was the BEST new car buying experience I have ever had. This is my 3rd new car in the last 2 years. I knew everything before I went there. Louie & Simon got the exact car I wanted out of Atlanta, GA. had. This is my 3rd new car in the last 2 years. I knew everything before I went there. Louie & Simon got the exact car I wanted out of Atlanta, GA. They stayed after hours to do the closing that fit my hetic sked. I would recommend this dealership to everyone. The same make dealer was 15 minutes from my home, but I drove an hour to deal with these guys. EXCELLENT buying experience. Louis is the Sales Mgr. Simon is the Internet Mgr. Thank You ! More
I have a lengthy commute to LaVergne, Tennessee, from Lafayette, Tennessee, and Lebanon is my halfway point. I had purchased Pontiac cars from the Pontiac/GMC dealership before it closed due to Pontiac b Lafayette, Tennessee, and Lebanon is my halfway point. I had purchased Pontiac cars from the Pontiac/GMC dealership before it closed due to Pontiac being phased out (a real shame). Anyway, the owners of Wilson County Hyundai pledged to service the GMC/Pontiac vehicles, and fortunately they hired Randy Jackson as Service Department Manager from the Pontiac dealership. Randy has taken care of my vehicle needs for more than five years now, and he has actually spoiled me. Because of my commute (130 miles per day), I bring my car in every month to be serviced. Randy, Crystal, and the rest of the service department always greet me with smiles when I bring my car in. I guess I'm what's called a "regular" now. They take very good care of my 2005 Pontiac Grand Prix--and me, too. They are friendly, professional, and they are always on top of my needs--even before I know what I need. I highly recommend the service department. More
