RECALL Took in for two recalls on my Santa Fe engine inspection and secondary hood latch cable replacement.Told the person that took my keys no oil change. I had just changed my oil with THE BEST Mobile 1 you can buy.Told the service advisor just engine inspection and hood cable.They changed my oil and filter as part of the recall even after me telling the person that took my keys no oil change.This not the first time that they have put the wrong oil in my car.But it is the last.Take your Hyundai to COOL SPRINGS HYUNDAI More

GREAT SERVICE THE LADIES ON THE FRONT DESK MADE ME FILL WELCOME. THEY SEEMED TO CARE THAT I GOT THE BEST OF SERVICE ON MY CAR WITH OUT SPENDING TOO MUCH FOR THINGS THE LADIES ON THE FRONT DESK MADE ME FILL WELCOME. watch your back my wife bought a 2013 Genesis Coup in 2012 and we got every protection plan and add on that the dealer wanted us to get. she wanted a car that she did my wife bought a 2013 Genesis Coup in 2012 and we got every protection plan and add on that the dealer wanted us to get. she wanted a car that she didnt have to worry about for the next 10 years. we bought it all, paint protection, door dings, wheels, everything was covered. or so we thought. turns out 4 years later we need to get the car repainted due to the sealant failing. the good news is the company that made the sealant is painting the car. the bad news is its going to take 3 weeks to repaint the car and she wont get a loaner. She is out her car for 3 weeks after buying every upgrade she could on that car and Wilson County Hyundai basically said its not our problem, you have to deal with the other company. the warranty on a Hyundai car only has a 3 year warranty. after that youre on your own. no support from the dealership or Hyundai USA. the sales manager told me i should have read the contract better. Really! thats how you want to treat your customers? We were thinking of buying another Hyundai but not now. I even called corporate and got the same answer from their lackey. Watch your back and hope nothing bad happens when you buy one of these cars. they will be friendly and nice when they sell it to you. all they want is the money. More

they give excellent service & are friendly I take my ford ranger truck and my Nissan maxima there to the service dpt & I receive excellent service for oil changes or vehicle repairs to either I take my ford ranger truck and my Nissan maxima there to the service dpt & I receive excellent service for oil changes or vehicle repairs to either of my vehicles. Randy Jackson is a great caring person & gives excellent service & attention to the customers & the vehicles. Aminah in the service dpt is excellent to me too & is awesome @ her job. These 2 are a great asset to this dealership & why I take my vehicles there to be serviced every time I need some car/truck care. More

Phenomenal service department. For routine maintenance type issues or something more significant, they are on top of it.
