This dealership has always been incredible to work with. We moved from Colorado and had to find a Hyundai dealership since we had a 2005 XG350. We found them in Lebanon over 5 years ago and from the very beginning their service department went above and beyond our expectations. Even when the dealership changed hands, the super service continued. When it came time to trade our car and buy our new Sonata, the same quality of service transferred to the new car sales department. Ryan Vantrease, our salesman, was unbelievalbly knowledgeable, helpful and most of all NOT pushy or aggressive. His sales manager worked the "numbers" on our deal where it was impossible to walk away without buying the car. The staff of ladies in the sales department were extremely helpful to us and I might had, very proffesional and extremely pleasant to look at. The service department, headed by Randy Jackson and his group of mechanics, are the finest group of auto repair people I have ever worked with. I have worked with many over the years in 4 states, and they rate at the very top of my list. I would hearily recommend this dealership to any and all people who are shoping a new car, and feel anyone who doesn't see Wilson County Hyundai last, are making a huge mistake! Ryan was very helpful. After visiting the lot once and telling him what we were interested in, he phoned us when a car of that description was due on the lot. I initially received an offer from another dealership, whereby they were willing to offer $3,000 over Kelly Blue Book for my existing automobile, and apply that amount towards the purchase of a new vehicl whereby they were willing to offer $3,000 over Kelly Blue Book for my existing automobile, and apply that amount towards the purchase of a new vehicle; during negotiations, I contacted Simon to let him know what was being offered, and he immediately informed me that something sounded sketchy. He was right; as I continued to ask questions, the contra dealership continued to jump back and forth, wavering on the numbers they initially quoted, informing me that rebates were no longer available (despite the fact the letter they mailed me clearly stated a customer loyalty rebate of $1,000 would be granted), telling me only what I wanted to hear, holding back requested information (I requested vehicle information several times with no response whatsoever), and using high pressure sales techniques in an attempt to sell me a vehicle that I didn't care for (apparently they weren't listening to MY needs and what I wanted); the payment amount they quoted was almost 50% more than my existing one, and my anger grew at an exponential rate when the manager at the contra dealership stated "its ONLY an extra X dollars per day; I see how much you make, you can afford that." I cannot tell you how put off I was by that comment; how dare somebody make such assumptions; nonetheless, at that point, Louis called to let me know that WCH could not only extend that same offer, but beat it. Sure enough, within days, I was in a new vehicle. No games, no bull. Just plain straightforwardness. Don’t bother dealing with the other clowns in town. Stick with these guys. More
