The internet price was honored, some options were added at very low cost and there were non of the dealership surprise add ons and shenanigans that we have sadly come to expect. Bobby Carter the sales person was most helpful and knew his inventory, Belinda the business manager was charming and got to the point quickly and without obfuscation, pointing out available warrenty extensions etc but without laboring the point. As much as buying a new car can be an enjoyable experience, this was it. More

So glad we did! Simon was personable, knowledgeable about the vehicle, and a straight shooter. We told him what auto features and options were important to us prior to our visit and was specific with interior and exterior colors. Within hours he had what we had asked for on his lot with all of our requested specifications. I provided a fair offer with my bottom line and they made it happen quickly and with minimal haggling. Belinda the finance manager was kind, efficient and professional. To my surprise, she was even able to beat the interest rate my credit union had offered. Our experience was excellent and I would recommend this Dealership to anyone. Honesty & Integrity in the people I am dealing with are important qualities for me personally when buying a vehicle. This Dealership takes pride in their customer rating and works hard to keep it. They are top notch in my book and my wife loves her new ride! More

An automatic e-mail response from Paine acknowledged the internet offer I made on a 2010 Kia Rio they had advertised in the Tennessean. I called the following day with an increased offer and spoke to Louis who relayed the further inquiry to Simon who returned my call on his day off in which he gave me a revised figure. The next day the car was cleaned and available for me to examine and test drive. I was given the CARFAX and a list of work they had done on the vehicle. He offered to have me inspect the vehicle with one of their mechanics, but had no objection to my taking the vehicle across the road to Firestone to examine the vehicle for $25. Satisfied with the vehicles condition I asked for the possibility of further lowering the price which they did enough to make me feel comfortable with the purchase. Belinda completed the paperwork and provided further warranty coverage cost information which was declined but remained available for a period should I change my mind. The vehicle was further prepped, fueled, and a second key located. The process and atmosphere was very pleasant, informative, and helpful with options and alternatives discussed when asked about. I was invited to respond in this forum as well as to an e-mail from Paine allowing me to register my experience at this dealership. More

I had a great experience at Wilson County Hyundai! When I arrived there Rob Crockett came to show me several different cars. I never felt pressured which was nice after going to several other dealerships that were pushy. They worked with me on pricing for the car that I wanted and I drove off the lot with it the same day. This was my best car buying experience and I highly recommend going to Wilson County Hyundai and asking for Rob Crockett if you are looking for a car. More
