I started working with Jeff Mazza over the Internet via email. He helped me with finding a car that I wanted I ended up with a car that I love and am happy with the price and experience I had with the whol email. Not a high pressure sales staff just a helpful staff. Belinda helped me with finding me a extended plan that I wanted and it was at a very good price got to love 10yr 100,000 miles bumper to bumper. All in all very nice team of sales and service and because it was a lite rain they still detailed the car and told me to bring it back for another detailing when the weather was better. Purchasing our Hyundai Elantra from Wilson County Hyundai was a refreshing experience. Simon Jones,Internet Sales Manager, was honest and straightforward throughout the process. While most dealers would not provide any information without stepping into their showroom, and other sales reps wouldn’t give us a straight answer even after test-driving a vehicle, Simon answered all of our questions (and even provided us with a quote)over email. In addition, he was able to find the exact vehicle we were looking for, in the color we wanted (very hard to find according to other dealerships), in just two days. Belinda Wilson, the Business Manager, was also very helpful, answering the questions we had, and even making some last minute changes to our purchase. In the end, we got the vehicle we wanted at a very fair price. It was a pleasure doing business with Wilson County Hyundai, and we would highly recommend them to anyone. More
