This was our first ever new car purchase. I wanted to buy locally and used Pentagon Federal Credit Union for funding. This dealership along with 2 others was offered. From my first "end of the day, right at closing" contact with Bobby, I felt like this was a place I could do business with. He was very helpful, answered all my questions, even arranged for a test drive on his day off. The entire staff makes you feel welcome and that they want to earn your business. They did! First time they used Pentagon so there was a learning curve, Louie took it all in stride. No pressure and they worked with us to get the car we wanted within our budget. I can highly recommend that you consider them for your car purchase, every part of our experience was super easy! As an additional nice touch one of the owners even came out, introduced himself and thanked us for the business. We will look here the next time we need a car for sure. More

Ryan was nice, friendly, no pressure, and very knowledegable in answering all my questions, both when I came in for a test drive and when I came to purchase the car. Louis was charming, diligent - and fast - at finding the car I wanted in the color I wanted. David came into the picture when I got there to pick up the car, after Louis & I had already settled on a price, and tried to sell me extra services. He was nice, but this last-minute sales pitch was kind of annoying - the only slight mar in an otherwise pleasant car-buying experience. More
