When I picked up my vehicle a few hours later, the requested work had been done and my vehicle had been detailed inside and out, so I can testify that the service department is amazing as well. Even when the dealership changed hands, the super service continued. When it came time to trade our car and buy our new Sonata, the same quality of service transferred to the new car sales department. Ryan Vantrease, our salesman, was unbelievalbly knowledgeable, helpful and most of all NOT pushy or aggressive. His sales manager worked the "numbers" on our deal where it was impossible to walk away without buying the car. The staff of ladies in the sales department were extremely helpful to us and I might had, very proffesional and extremely pleasant to look at. The service department, headed by Randy Jackson and his group of mechanics, are the finest group of auto repair people I have ever worked with. I have worked with many over the years in 4 states, and they rate at the very top of my list. I would hearily recommend this dealership to any and all people who are shoping a new car, and feel anyone who doesn't see Wilson County Hyundai last, are making a huge mistake!
