After a few days and a contentious call with Jessie, I assumed we would not make a deal. Victor called a couple days later and informed me we had a deal if I was still interested. It turns out Jessie worked with his management and obtained approval to proceed with the deal. Victor was a professional and courteous salesman, and promptly took care of all my concerns.
