BUYER BEWARE The vehicle my husband and I purchased from Willowbrook Ford was exactly what we wanted - great car, low miles, clean, etc. The salesman, Dave Palumbo The vehicle my husband and I purchased from Willowbrook Ford was exactly what we wanted - great car, low miles, clean, etc. The salesman, Dave Palumbo, was fine during the process. After 6 weeks of driving the vehicle, we feel confident about the auto we purchased. HOWEVER while we waited for paperwork, we were asked to write a review about the purchase. I made a dealerrater account at the dealership & wrote a 5 star review. That's when the trouble started. Someone at the dealership changed my review using my account (possible keystroke logger on the computer?). There are multiple drafts in my account - for new cars, used cars, autos I bought with my boyfriend (? - I'm married), etc. Names were dropped about people I didn't deal with. Someone has my password and possibly had my email password. Not good. DO NOT WRITE A REVIEW FOR THIS DEALER AT THE DEALERSHIP!!! I SUSPECT MANY OF THE REVIEWS ARE FRAUDULENT. DON'T BELIEVE THE GLOWING REVIEWS! THEY ARE POSSIBLY WRITTEN AND REPLACED BY SOMEONE AT THE DEALERSHIP!!! I've reported them to dealerrater because of the fraudulent activity associated with my account. This sucks because the car was great but not great enough to get my email possibly hacked. More

Respectful and straight forward communication! I visited the dealership for the first time on Saturday, 1/14/17. I was interested in an Platinum Ford F-350 Dually that was in their inventory. Although we couldn't make a deal on Saturday, largely because I was still looking at a few other trucks in Chicagoland, we parted on friendly terms and there was no arm twisting. Monday Chuck Zaborac reached out to me to see if I wanted to give it one more try and we put the deal together in 20 minutes.
