After being punished at 4 other dealerships just for trying to buy something I found a professional staff that understood my needs. I could have keep looking but I just wanted to be treated right while I spend $40,000 on a vehicle which is hard for some dealers to understand. Jesse Kapes was my 1st point of contact. He was new to selling Fords but had 10 plus years of helping people buy the right truck and knew my concerns. They also negotiated professionally without insulting me. Thanks all i wanted. More

Dealer the car to another customer after finalizing the deal I had a deal with dealer and and everything went well and I had pre-approved bank loan for mustang 2016. Polite and great service Went to Ford Willowbrook for the first time in Sept 2016 to look at their Inventory and really liked the Expedition . He took time to show us different models and had great knowledge about each vehicle. They even let us take the car home for the weekend to get a good test drive out of it. Unfortunately it didn't fit into our garage at that time and we weren't able to purchase the Truck. Finally we did work to our home and went back car shopping. We went to 2 different Ford dealers in Chicagoland, comparing prices and cars. After that we decided to sent Tom an email. He replied right away, remembered us and located the Expedition we wanted and sent us all the information we needed.. We went to Willowbrook the following day, Tom took all the time we needed, agreed on the price and they transferred the Truck the next day 3/28/2017. He gave us a call that the vehicle would be at the dealership within 45 min and it was. Tom's detailed explanation of the Expedition was outstanding. The financing part was very smooth and hassle free, Robert Lippie was very pleasant to work with as well as Thomas Bavone in Costumer Relations. But for us it was Tom Akai why we went with Willowbrook Ford! His knowledge, politeness and friendliness is the reason we wanted to spend the money on a new car at Willowbrook. Tom went above and beyond to fit our needs, including coming in on his day off just to accommodate our request to have the vehicle as soon as possible. Great overall experience! BUYER BEWARE The vehicle my husband and I purchased from Willowbrook Ford was exactly what we wanted - great car, low miles, clean, etc. The salesman, Dave Palumbo The vehicle my husband and I purchased from Willowbrook Ford was exactly what we wanted - great car, low miles, clean, etc. The salesman, Dave Palumbo, was fine during the process. After 6 weeks of driving the vehicle, we feel confident about the auto we purchased. HOWEVER while we waited for paperwork, we were asked to write a review about the purchase. I made a dealerrater account at the dealership & wrote a 5 star review. That's when the trouble started. Someone at the dealership changed my review using my account (possible keystroke logger on the computer?). There are multiple drafts in my account - for new cars, used cars, autos I bought with my boyfriend (? - I'm married), etc. Names were dropped about people I didn't deal with. Someone has my password and possibly had my email password. Not good. DO NOT WRITE A REVIEW FOR THIS DEALER AT THE DEALERSHIP!!! I SUSPECT MANY OF THE REVIEWS ARE FRAUDULENT. DON'T BELIEVE THE GLOWING REVIEWS! THEY ARE POSSIBLY WRITTEN AND REPLACED BY SOMEONE AT THE DEALERSHIP!!! I've reported them to dealerrater because of the fraudulent activity associated with my account. This sucks because the car was great but not great enough to get my email possibly hacked. More

Respectful and straight forward communication! I visited the dealership for the first time on Saturday, 1/14/17. I was interested in an Platinum Ford F-350 Dually that was in their inventory. Although we couldn't make a deal on Saturday, largely because I was still looking at a few other trucks in Chicagoland, we parted on friendly terms and there was no arm twisting. Monday Chuck Zaborac reached out to me to see if I wanted to give it one more try and we put the deal together in 20 minutes. It didn't feel like the traditional experience where it's a wrestling match to get a fair deal on a car; this felt like a team of us trying yo get a mutually-satisfactory deal done.
