Will never purchase from them again! Purchased a use vehicle from them which has been plagued with issues in and out of the dealership over the past year they had it for about 6 months Purchased a use vehicle from them which has been plagued with issues in and out of the dealership over the past year they had it for about 6 months of the year that we owned it came with car came with 3 month warranty we took in the first time under the warranty and they had it for over a month got it back after the warranty expired and we had to take it back with in a week for there mistakes had to take back 2 more times for the same issues currently are have the same problems. The general manager is now telling that the part is under warranty but I need to pay all labor cost associated with the repair even though the are installing subpar parts tell you that they are new but they are actually rebuilt. General manager will not answer his phone and does not call back in a timely manner if at all! Also told basically told me it was because I declined to purchase their extended warranty the seller on top of the warranty they gave with the vehicle More

i would've given no stars but was not an option. i bought a used car and was not allowed to take it home because an indicator light was on. they kept the vehicle to fix the problem. we left very i bought a used car and was not allowed to take it home because an indicator light was on. they kept the vehicle to fix the problem. we left very early the next day, my son had report back to duty at his assigned military instillation so we did not have time to wait for FORD to open to fix the problem they said they did before selling me the car, the light stayed on the whole trip to arizona and is still on. FORD does not want to fix the problem. they also let me drive across country in severely overinflated tires with a dip stick indicating over filled engine oil. as compensation, FORD only wanted to reimburse me for the alignment they let me drive across country without. Do not buy a used vehicle from willowbrook ford. the general manager will lose it with you eventually and tell you, "that's it, take it or leave it, that's all i'm doing". after telling you how much more his football playing son means to him than his problematic daughter. if you are female, may i suggest chevy. After all that time, they informed me I couldn’t get a loan. Feeling disappointed, I decided to visit a Jeep dealership near my house, and to my surprise, I was able to get a new Jeep with no issues. It’s clear to me that Willowbrook Ford has a team of dishonest operators. I would not recommend this dealership to anyone. Save your time and go somewhere that values honesty and customer service. Had an entirely stress-free and no-bull experience at Willowbrook Ford. Once I had the opportunity, I informed my salesman Brian that my time was limited, and was hoping for a test drive and an estimate as to what my trade-in value and overall cost of the new vehicle would be. I stated the terms and amounts I was willing to accept, and unlike nearly every other dealership I've dealt with, they came back with an offer that fit my parameters. Once we shook on the deal, Matt (finance) got me through the paperwork quickly (while making sure I understood what I was signing). Altogether, it only took about 2-1/2 hours from the time I walked in the door for me to drive off in my new (to me) ride. All dealer sales experiences should be so smooth. More
