Either Nissans need a lot of repair work resulting in no open times or scheduling process needs overhaul. Would’ve appreciated some heads up my warranty was ending before hit 100,000 miles or some random date. Service guy was nice and appreciated explaining options and what was going on. Still pissed about warranty. Thankful for free shuttle helped to make things a bit better after expensive total. More

This past visit they were busier than normal with a two hour wait for my oil change. I requested to go to the mall and immediately they found a driver to take me there for the morning. Bob was very friendly and I felt safe riding in the vehicle. When I got back to the dealership, I was immediately greeted by Evan, the service advisor who set up my appointment, and he went over the checklist of things the mechanic technician, Ali, did. I like that he walked me through some of the things that they recommended for my vehicle and explained it in a way that was not demeaning but warm and actually informative about how my vehicle works. It was a great value too! I got my oil changed and tires rotated but only had to pay for the replacement part and service. Plus they give you a free car wash voucher everytime you go in. I definitely enjoy and recommend going to this dealership for any of your vehicle service needs- the friendliness, care, and hard work is unbeatable! More

Great Dealership I have purchased 3 Rogues from Hummel's. I bought my 1st Rogue in 2013, next 2015, & a 2017 Rogue I purchased 8-23-2017. Hummel's Dealership has excel I have purchased 3 Rogues from Hummel's. I bought my 1st Rogue in 2013, next 2015, & a 2017 Rogue I purchased 8-23-2017. Hummel's Dealership has excellent service, great sales personnel $ financing departments. I'm treated like a valued customer which is important to me. I've had great promotions for all 3 Rogues purchased and this last promotion on my 2017 Rogue was unbelievable. I give Hummel's 10 stars...not just 5 stars. Go visit Hummel's. You won't regret it. Avoid this dealership I bought a used car from this dealership that had just over 50,000 miles on it. 6 months and 5,000 miles later, the transmission went out and now I'm I bought a used car from this dealership that had just over 50,000 miles on it. 6 months and 5,000 miles later, the transmission went out and now I'm stuck paying thousands of dollars in repairs for this vehicle. The real kicker in this situation is that when I took it into the shop, the mechanic told me it was obvious that the transmission case had already been opened because a bolt on the case had been broken off. I don't know if this was done by the dealer or previous owner, but it's almost certain the dealership knew about this and sold the car in this condition anyway. Not at all an ethical way to run a business. If you do want to purchase a used vehicle from this dealer, make sure you take the vehicle to a trusted independent mechanic, but after this experience, I would just advise avoiding this dealership completely. More

Have you heard any service place where they don't test drive the car after service, this is the only place in the whole world that doesn't test drive after service, they cheat on the parts too, they make you believe that they replaced your parts with new parts but they don't, they will install substandard parts and the problem repeats so that you get frustrated with your old car, give up and buy a new car from them. My advice is if you want to spend your hard earned money on a car, this is not the place, run away as far as you can from this stinker, you deserve better care and service and first all honesty and peace of mind for the money you spend. More
BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE We did a trade for a nissan altima and we were nothing but disappointed, we have NEVER had as bad customer service. We were quoted a price and then once we signed papers the price changed. We tried to talk to the owner he wouldn't do anything about it. The "witness" name jason hat saw us sign was not held accountable at all. The sales man named chad wilson NEVER shared the price with us before we went to finance. Chad only told us things we wanted to hear until he got our signature. Our own mistake was trusting the dealership witch we will never do again especially with nissan and I would never tell anybody to go to any nissan dealership. My husband was thrown papers in his face by an EMPLOYEE themseleves called Steve that was in financing. We were told by the owner Mark Hummel himself that he didn't believe us even though we had witnesses. All they are liars and scammers and I will never recommend the dealership. More

Refreshing to not have to have our guard up for a bunch of BS or fast-talking. Steve did everything to accommodate us and find us just what we were looking for. We had a hitch installed after the purchase and they were proactive in getting that scheduled and making it as convenient as possible for us. We were looking for Certified Pre-Owned and found it here. You'd never know it isn't new by looking at it inside or out. We're thrilled with our purchase and the buying experience. More

We loved working with him. He improved in getting us the right car we wanted, he knew how to do his job and was very quick in everything he did. He deserves a bonus/raise. We will always recommend Hummel's Nissan because of his job well done and always recommend him to everyone we know. Whenever we pass by the dealership, Medina says "There's Chad"!
