He was patient and explained everything about the vehicle I was interested in. He did not pressure me whatsoever and was fair with the negotiations. He went over every detail and answered every question I asked. He went over the top to make sure I understood every part of the vehicle and sales process. In the middle of a few month long battle with a newer armada my 76 yr old parents purchased that is having issues several emails, text and stops to the dealer and no resolution. They offered to purchase it back at a loss of $10k after driving the vehicle 1384 miles and being stranded 3 times This dealership owned by Willis has been the absolute worst to deal with and continues to show daily a lack of respect to the people that have now purchased 8 vehicles from them I’ll review them every time I get the chance for people to know More
