Willis service department Service is always great. Keith calls promptly after vehicle inspection to let me know what my vehicle requires and/or is recommended. He also keeps Service is always great. He also keeps in contact to let me know the progress of service work and completion of service. Both of my Chevrolet vehicles receive their service at Willis. It is definitely worth the trip from Felton. More
Excellent Service I made an appointment to have my truck serviced. Upon arrival it was noted that I was not in the system for that day (computer glich). I can't say enough about the excellent service I have received from Willis Chevrolet in Smyrna DE since I purchased my 2005 Chevy Monte Carlo brand n I can't say enough about the excellent service I have received from Willis Chevrolet in Smyrna DE since I purchased my 2005 Chevy Monte Carlo brand new 11 yrs ago. I have always taken my car back to Willis for every service or oil change even after my last extended warranty expired. I have always had a pleasurable experience and Willis is very lucky to have such a wonderful Service Manager like Ron Dupois. I have always highly recommended this dealership to friends and family because of my long-term experience with them. Their service dept is #1 in my book! More

Expensive estimate with no results I purchased my pre-owned 2008 Suburban from this dealer several years ago with an overall positive experience. I has limited warranty work with no real issues, This time I took my vehicle in for post warranty work to look at rear back-up sensor and mal-functioning captain's seat. I dropped off vehicle for an estimate and after an hour they couldn't figure out which seat was stuck -- are you kidding me? More disappointing, they charged me over $100 for the estimate that I don't recall consenting. OVerall, they wanted over $400 to replace a $10 sensor that I will get my mechanic to do for less than $100 and they didn't even stock the broken cable for seat repair. Wasted my time and money and will never return to this dealership. More
