New car and exchanging old leased Cadillac Williamson is an hour from my home but they had the car I wanted and my current lease was ending in 18 days. I set up an appointment for 2 days later Williamson is an hour from my home but they had the car I wanted and my current lease was ending in 18 days. I set up an appointment for 2 days later with Al Ammons and was anticipating it would be 4 hours. Al was on top of everything and we finished everything in about 2 hours. Al was very experienced and knowledgeable. He went over all the features of the car so I understood how they operated. It was a wonderful experience. More

Poor communication They had my car for a full week and I had to call them to find out what was going on. Then they explained that they couldn’t get parts because of GM They had my car for a full week and I had to call them to find out what was going on. Then they explained that they couldn’t get parts because of GM strike. At least they paid for rental car but I should have been called on the first or second day. Don’t bother making service appointments online. Their system was a mess. Even thought I had text message reminders every day before hand they couldn’t find my reservation when I showed up. More
