Could have been better I had always heard such wonderful things about the service dept but upon my first service arrival it wasn’t exactly smooth sailing. Long line to get into the service area....wait waaaaaay too long to check in with the so called express service technician. She kept getting interrupted by other people while trying to process my car - which came off like she wasn’t entirely committed to helping me. The actual service time wasn’t so bad but when I collected my car, they took forever to bring it to me at the valet - like over 30 mins. I was sadly disappointed in my first service encounter with Williamson. More

Two years of trips to the Service department I will be consulting an attorney regarding lemon Law concerning my Encore. 30 days is entirely too long to keep a vehicle and no repairs on the other I will be consulting an attorney regarding lemon Law concerning my Encore. 30 days is entirely too long to keep a vehicle and no repairs on the other 4 items I complained about 5 diff times. I am retired DOD civilian working with Military Affairs in Miami Dade. Would not want them to go thru this. Love my car do not love the excuses I get. More
