The person that helped me for a recall issue was very un knowledgeable with any thing that he said. I came in for a recall ABS light and another stab light that the recall letter said from Cadillac. I was there for recall service on my Sierra. I did not have an appointment, but was able to get my truck in 20 minutes after they opened by arriving 1 hour before they opened. I waited in the customer lounge and looked at new vehicles for 3 hours until my truck was ready. The coffee and food served in the waiting area was really good. The server was friendly and cheerful. My service writer, John was very busy, but he took time to discuss my vehicle service procedure. More
