I waited 3 hours for an oil change WITH my infant son and twin daughters. In the past I have been approached and offered a loaner car while I have my children with me. It would have been nice if the other service personnel were a bit more professional. The language being used as I walked in that place for the first time did not please me at all. Most also lack compassion towards their clients because they were quick to make the excuse that the wait time was long instead of suggesting different option in making the client feel more comfortable. It was my first oil change for my Cadillac & Skip attended me upon arrival. He was polite, professional & very honest about there being a longer wait due to my Cadillac needing a software update due attended me upon arrival. He was polite, professional & very honest about there being a longer wait due to my Cadillac needing a software update due to a recall. He even mentioned a great spot across for lunch. Thank you! My only complaint was that checking out the girls didn’t tell me the valet would bring out my car & that I would have to go to the front of the building. Skip saw me waiting outside the service center & he notified me where I needed to go. Thank you Williamson, it was a nice change from my past visits to Braman. More
