I brought my 2021 Escalade in because it was shaking, they took it for over 2 weeks, never Fixed the problem. Gave me an old loaner car that smelled like cigarettes. Then brought car back in, they took it for another 2 1/2 weeks and somehow found the problem only after looking at the car after it had been there for 2 weeks. And i had a disgusting loaner. I pay almost $2000 a month for this car, and I feel that the service is very poor for such an expensive car. More
